Dr. Ilyas received his Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University college of dentistry. He then finished general practice residency in Brooklyn, New York. During residency he gained extensive experience in all aspects working with medically compromised patients of dentistry. After completing residency he start working in private practice.
He completed 2 year program in Surgical and Prosthetic treatment(Implantology) from New York University College of dentistry and also completed 1 Year Implant continum course from American Dental Implant Association. He completed courses in Oral Conscious Sedation.
Dr. Ilyas receive Diplomate Award from American Dental Implant Association and Fellowship Award from (ICOI) International Congress of Implantology. I really enjoy coming here. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, the office is always clean, and the staff is amazing. Dr. Samuel Choi is an extremely knowledgeable and kind doctor. He always takes the time to answer every question, and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that patients are comfortable and satisfied. They did a great job cleaning my teeth - it was the least painful dental experience that I've ever had.

I adore the staff at the New England Dental office! They are all so nice and accommodating. I love how Dr. Golnar and her team always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I can't wait to see the updates on my permanent veneers - I know they will look great! Until then, I'm so thrilled with the temporary veneers that I can hardly contain my excitement. I was visiting Danbury and I broke my tooth. The wonderful staff; gets 5 stars for getting me into this at the last minute and for knowing everything there is to know about dental insurance. The doctor is very nice, fast and my teeth look good. The color match and shape is amazing. Very comfortable and fast experience.

Dr. Samuel Choi is one of the best! He makes you feel very comfortable and makes going to the dentist a "pleasant" experience. I'm so glad I chose him after not visiting the dentist for years. From the results of the X-rays, examination by Dr. Patel and the hygienist; My cleaning was great! The facilities are first class and state of the art. I love my experience here. As someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a long time, coming to a place where I feel comfortable is a breath of fresh air. The lady at the front desk was very thorough in helping me understand my insurance and expenses (and she was very friendly too). If you are looking for a great place to do your dental work, I would highly recommend New England Dental. I've always had good dental hygiene but was recently told I needed fillings. I got my first fill and Dr.Samuel Choi made the process very easy. I'm grateful that he took the time to walk me through the process and make sure I'm completely satisfied with the outcome.

New England Dental, Main Street Danbury, CT I wished there was the option ZERO stars. The only reason I ever visited this dental facility was the fact they accepted Husky and was located close to my previous address. I always thought they didn't do the best on their finishing touches, like not matching the dental filling color to its original shade, neither polishing the area until become really smooth. I kept ignoring these facts, as I said because of the Husky. However, my most recent visits were the worst of all, because their office manager needs to return to school and learn the basic customer services professionalism and respect rules. I am extremely shocked the way he had been dealing while discussing my insurances coverages and today he exceeded all level of rudeness. I am definitely looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Golnar was amazing! The procedure for my root canal was awesome! She was really concerned about the pain I was experiencing and kept checking on me. She made sure I was numb and made me comfortable. I got the same-day appointment easily. I have found a new home for my teeth.

Going to a dentist was never easy for me since I was a child. I get anxious and start shaking. Dr. Samuel Choi was so nice and calm. He listened to me and answered all the questions. He explained everything and made sure I am comfortable. Because of their calm behavior and treatment, I am no longer scared of going to a dentist. The owner of this place is racist and so unprofessional. He raised his voice at me many times and assumed I was Spanish when I am not. Then he started talking bad about me because I told him I couldn't afford the procedure and assumed I was bringing my 8 year old son for protection? No.. I'm bringing him because u want me to come in at 3 pm . Ridiculous. Never going back . And they stabbed me in my gum on purpose . RACIST and Has homophobia
