My mother recently went there for treatment and having plenty of experience in the dental field she had asked for my help in understanding her treatment plan. When I called the office the woman on the phone was extremely rude and condescending and made my mother feel foolish for asking questions. Already feeling overwhelmed by the shocking news, this woman made her experience 10 times worse. Going to the dentist is hard enough, dealing with rude receptionists does not make anyones experience any better. I suggest these people get more training on providing better customer service to people who already scared to hell with where they are. If not find a new job.

I've been going to this dentist for almost 20 years, and never had a single negative experience. Cleanings were easy, any fillings were painless, and my root canal was 2 visits. (After reading the only other available review, I felt it necessary to write my first ever review of a business). This is the only dentist that I've not avoided visiting.

I recently had a root-canal done, but this facility dragged the number of visits out until I was sick of the place. I made nine (9) trips back and forth when there should have been no more than two visits for a root-canal. I won't go back again. I have better things to do with my time!
