Dr. Margarita Panajoti has been with the practice for over sixteen years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Albania. and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
She is a certified Specialist in Invisalign, CEREC, and whitening techniques, along with Mercer/ExperDent Certification for Leadership in Dentistry. Dr. Panajotis memberships include the American Dental Association, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the CEREC Study Club. In addition, she supports Doctors without Borders and is fluent in English, Albanian, Italian, and Greek.
Affectionately know as Doctor P. to many, Dr. Panajoti has graced our practice from its beginnings in 1999. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Panajoti has advanced training in implant placement and restorations.
Her professional philosophy? Do nothing less than the best for each individual patient. This isnt always as simple as it sounds, she explains, adding: but its well worth the effort. Its our job to help each patient make the right decisions by educating them and carefully explaining all their optionsincluding the pros and cons of each. Dr. Panajoti also insists on continual self-education, its vital to keep up with the ever-improving technological innovations and treatment methodologies.
Dr. Panajoti lives in Southborough with her husband and business partner, Gokulan, their two sons, Theodore and Alexander, and their golden retrievers, Casey and Oliver. She enjoys reading, traveling, and her spending time with her family.
As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, wearing face masks has become commonplace for many individuals. While masks are important for staying healthy right now, they can also have a negative effect on certain habits that help us maintain good oral health. In an interview with WCVB Channel 5 in Boston, Dr. Margarita Panajoti explained that face masks are causing certain behavioral changes, like breathing through the mouth more and not drinking water as often. As a result, the mouth tends to be drier throughout the day, which can encourage bacterial growth.

Dr. Ghazwan Ghazi has been with New England Dental Group for over ten years as a periodontist and dental implant specialist. He serves on the faculty of the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine.
He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Ghazi earned his Bachelor of Science from the Boston University School of Dentistry. He then moved on to obtain his Masters Degree from the New Jersey Dental School, where he also received special clinical training in periodontics and dental implants.
Dr. Ghazwan Ghazi has been with New England Dental Group for over ten years as a periodontist and implant specialist. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University School of Dentistry. He then moved on to Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he received special clinical training in periodontics and dental implants.
It gives me tremendous satisfaction to help my patients achieve gorgeous smiles, he says. However, their overall health is of equal importance. I am determined to make sure each patient is glowing with beautiful health inside and out.
Dr. Ghazi enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, as well as playing squash, soccer, and swimming. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and also serves on the faculty at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, where he teaches clinical periodontics and dental implants to post-graduate residents.

I have made several visits to the New England Dental Group in Worcester MA I have found that all of the Ladies behind the desk are always smiling and very kind and courteous. I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Gamma and Dr. Umma. I have nothing but good things to say about them and there dental assistant s/techs as well. I have been treated with great care and consideration . Always concerned about the patients comfort and always willing to take the extra time to be sure that they are developing the best case plan for the patient. Always giving many options to the patient, which will give the results for the best outcome. I can't express how thankful I am to have found them. I plan on being a patient for many many years. NE Dental Group makes every dental appointment an excellent one! Firstly, they have such a welcoming atmosphere! You are greeted right away by the kindest front desk staff. Patients never feel rushed or uncomfortable. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I even mentioned today that it was nice to see staff retention, many of the office staff have been there for years, even nearly 10 + years. I always feel aware, respected, and involved with the decision making for my treatment. Estimates are even given upfront before service so there are no surprises. All in all, I wholeheartedly trust the highly skilled dental professionals there with my dental care (as having dental work can be an anxious, fearful experience for some people to anticipate having done) and I would greatly recommend their services to anyone!

Dr. Dhariwala is awesome. If you are nervous about dental work, this is the dentist for you. Her positivity and confidence put me at ease. She pulled my teeth quickly and didn't waste time. I have been a patient here for over 20 . I can honestly say everyone one that works there is pleasant and extremely helpful. I called at 6pm due to a toothache and I was given an appointment the next morning. They are extremely efficient.
