Dr. Bloom gave me my life back! I went to several ENT doctors for blocked ears and they both gave me the same prognosis. "There is no problem and it will clear up on its own". Almost 4 months later I still had blocked ears and had depression and anxiety caused by it. One of the doctors in passing mentioned I might have TMJ problems. I researched and found Dr. Bloom. From the first consultation he made me feel better and more comfortable. He assured me that he would do all he could to help me. I feel so fortunate to have found him because since I have gone through his treatment my ears no longer have that blocked feeling and other issues like neck pain, headaches etc that were associated with grinding my teeth are gone as well. I highly recommend Dr. Bloom for all of your dentistry.

New England Dental Arts is a one of a kind office. After having dental work done elsewhere with a not so good outcome, I began seeking a second opinion, I found New England Dental Arts office while searching local dentists on Google. In part of their mission statement it stated Dr Bloom is not happy unless his patients are happy. I instantly called and was greeted by Jesse, who listened to my concerns for over an hour. She then set me up with a consultation with Dr Bloom... who also spent over an hour with me discussing a treatment plan that best suited my situation ( which included a referral to another 5 star oral surgeon.) The staff is kind, caring and has true concern for their patients wellbeing. As well as compassion for what they do, they are thorough when explaining each procedure. They listen and validate your concerns. The staff makes you feel like family, and that was so important to me after having not so good experiences with my teeth/dentists my whole life. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care, professionalism, and kind human beings who want to help you be a better you, and treat you like family! Thank you Dr Bloom and staff for helping me to get my smile and confidence back. I am blessed to have found you!

I am so thankful for my dentist, Dr.Bloom. My husband and I have been going to him since 1980. He is professional and friendly. Mostly though, we have great teeth because of his awesome work. He keeps informed of the latest procedures. I have and will recommend him to others. I also love the kind and friendly staff. They make us feel welcomed and cared for. I enjoy the beautiful art of house photography work. Gratefully, Connie and Tim Barnes

I've been going to NEDA and seeing Dr Bloom for a couple years. The staff is outstanding, communication is great, and Dr. Bloom is a master of his craft. I started here because I just woke up one day unable to fully close my jaw. Dr. Bloom had me in a temporary bite splint in no time while we worked on getting a permanent one. When I got the permanent splint and we did all the adjustments over the course of a few weeks or months, I not only started feeling more comfortable with my jaw (waking up with fewer locking incidents), but I noticed a decrease in headaches as well because I wasn't clenching my jaw as frequently. So as far as I'm concerned, I didn't just return to normal after seeing Dr. Bloom I came back better than before.

David and the entire office are a pleasure to work with. David is extremely professional and very approachable, and the office staff are equally engaging, helpful, and fun! David is incredibly talented and seeks perfection in everything he does, and that means great results for his patients, my husband and me included! If you are lucky, you might be greeted by Bridget the dog who is sweet, comforting and cuddly. And if you're even luckier, David will make you a special espresso drink before you leave.

I have severe dentophobia due to a traumatic experience to my mouth when I was a kid. I am afraid of anyone touching my mouth. I needed to find a dental place to fix my upper denture and I chose New England Dental Arts for one reason, the receptionist over the phone was the nicest to talk to among all the others I called. The technician who worked on my denture was super nice and caring. It took them less than an hour to fix my denture. I definitely will go back when I am ready to get a new denture.

Dr. Bloom and the entire team are amazing! I was referred to New England Dental Arts because I was suffering with TMJ issues and was interested in improving my smile with veneers. Dr. Bloom clearly loves his work because it shows in how he cares for his patients and in the treatment he provides; he really is an artist. Fast forward several months later, I am no longer suffering with TMJ related headaches and I have a whole new level of confidence in my smile. There is no one else I would trust with my smile.

It is with gratitude that I write this review. My lucky day was when I contacted Dr. Bloom's office for the first time, suffering from TMJ disorder that had me in pain, to say the least. Dr. Bloom diagnosed, explained and relieved symptoms over a short period of time. Along the way, he took the time to go over in detail what was happening and why. With his expertise, he made me a bite splint that accomplished what he had explained. In addition, he utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and is continuously adding to his knowledge of his field. My whole experience was made even more comfortable by his welcoming, friendly staff! Please accept my sincere thanks to all!

Dr. Bloom and his team who I have met (Marty, Erin, and Jessie) are incredible! They make going to the dentist enjoyable. Dr. Bloom taught me so much about my teeth and jaw, and he corrected my bite, which I am so grateful for. He created a custom bite splint to help protect my teeth from grinding and clenching that I now cannot sleep without. Thanks again, Dr. Bloom and team!

Dr. Bloom is the most knowledgable TMJ specialist I have spoke with. He is knowledgable and thorough, there is no substitute for experience. The appointments have been quick, they don't keep you waiting if you are punctual. Everyone that works there is friendly, great people all around.

After years of ill-fitting dentures my dentist felt that he could not provide me with the precision work I needed and he suggested that I find a dentist who specializes in custom dentistry. I did my research and was most impressed with New England Dental Arts and Dr. Bloom's talents in particular and I scheduled a consultation. My first visit with him and his staff confirmed to me that I had made the right choice. He gave me his full attention as I went into detail about my past dental experiences which left me anxious, disappointed and self-conscious about my teeth. I realized I had allowed myself to get used to smiling without showing my teeth and accepting sore spots as just part of having dentures. Dr. Bloom listened to all that I had to say. My personal story was important to him. I scheduled a second visit for examination including a digital scan, x-rays, and photographs. Dr. Bloom then reviewed all of the information and he prepared a comprehensive plan to meet my goals. We met again to go over the treatment plan he had put together for me. He thoroughly explained his plan, including the procedure, the results expected and the timeframe. I knew then he had an understanding of what I hoped to achieve and we decided to move forward with the plan which included precision upper dentures, claspless partial lower dentures, crowns and veneers. At the start of each visit Dr. Bloom took the time to explain the procedure in detail which I found to be comforting. He has proven that the comfort of his patients is of great importance to him. Example: in place of injecting an anesthetic by the "old school" method of using a syringe/needle he uses "the Wand" which is a computer assisted system which dramatically reduces the patient's discomfort. Dr. Bloom's use of the Wand eliminated my anxiety completely! I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Bloom and his staff and their way of making patients feel like family. I am now extremely proud of my teeth. I never imagined that I could be so fortunate to have a beautiful smile and a perfect bite, and to have it all fit so perfectly and feel so comfortable. My entire experience from start to finish was positive. I wish I was not limited by the scoring system for this review. If I could give a score of more than five stars to Dr. Bloom and his staff I would.

I selected Dr. Bloom at New England Dental Arts as my dentist, over 30 years ago and it was an excellent decision. Dr. Bloom probably has the greatest expertise of any dentist in New England and has been a leader in adopting the latest and best technology to best serve his patients. When I organized an environmental conference, I selected Dr. Bloom to give a presentation on mercury elimination in dentistry; there's mercury in old-fashioned dental amalgam and Dr. Bloom eliminated it well before other practitioners. I should add that his taste in music is excellent, he's knowledgeable on just about any subject ranging from wood stoves to photography and he has a salt water fish tank not to be believed, in his waiting room. What more could you ask for?

Are you interested in technical excellence? Great customer service? Consider NEDA. As as patient since 1986, I see the consistent investment annually, in technology and state of the art software, repair solutions, and minimally invasive techniques via the Pankey Institute affiliation. Dr Bloom is part scientist, part artist, part elite athlete. He is a perfectionist and will identify the best dental care solution and customize specially for you for your lifetime. That's right, we only receive one natural set of teeth in our lifetime. Why not pair a dentist with a lifetime outlook? What's new? In recent trips in 2020-2021, I see Dr Bloom is now backed by an outstanding "Customer Care" team and dedication to Covid cleanliness. This starts with a live voice answering your phone call, a Covid screening, a team of happy hygienists and ends with a satisfied vibe when you leave, I get lots of compliments on my smile, you will too!

5 stars doesn't seem to do it justice! I've been a patient at New England Dental Arts for the better part of the last decade and truly cannot put into words just how amazing my experience there has been. Long gone are the days when I would dread going to the dentist - I actually look forward to it now (no, really)! Every member of the staff exercises the utmost professionalism and beyond stellar patient care. The office and its equipment (along with the staff's knowledge and technique practices) are state of the art, and the customer service is unrivaled. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more welcoming and friendly group of people, too. Each time I leave, I do so feeling as if I've just caught up with old friends as opposed to having checked something off of my to-do list. I recommend the practice to everyone I know, and would strongly encourage you to explore becoming a patient - whether or not you're actively seeking a new dental provider (you won't be disappointed).

I had dental work done by a previous dentist. Long story short I don't like the way the work came out, and I never felt comfortable in the office. I felt like more work should of happened that didnt. I then looked until I found the best. As soon as I walked in the office I was immediately welcomed by Jessie & Heidi....talking with them made me feel so comfortable. Dr Bloom walked through every step of my procedure, and told me why it was done this way. No question in my mind I went to the right place, and will be recommending him to anyone needing work. Thank you so much Dr. Bloom & you staff
