Wonderful experience. Was in and out in a timely manner. Everyone was very professional. I see alot of bad experiences here but for me I have no complaints. Keep an open mind going here and im sure you will have a good experience.

This was the most absolute horrendous experience I've had. They schedule you along with 4 other people for the same time slot while they only have 1 dentist. Expect 3 to 4 hour waits. I took 3 hours of PTO to take my kid and wife to an appointment just to have to leave before we could be called because the wait was so long. Spoke to the nurses there and they said "This is how it is every day" and just gave an embarrassed laugh. Honestly the dentist should be embarrassed. If you can't handle scheduling, you shouldn't be messing with people's teeth. Ridiculous.

Honestly you're told about wait times when you first call so that's not my issue, and pollina is great I had a tooth Killing me literally back in april and he pulled it, I'm scared of needles and he helped me pushed through that. My problem is people with emergencies can't get scheduled for a good while. They do take my insurance and no one else pulls wisdom teeth and that's what I need right this second.

Bring snacks and make sure you have something to keep you occupied. The wait times are ridiculous. They even have a very passive aggressive sign on the door to warn you.

I have full coverage insurance. First they wanted 100$ cash for a special cleaning then they wanted a cash deposit to get impressions for dentures sent to the lab. Never again.

I feel he is only money hungry because all he had to say is there was no infection in my mouth and clear me for surgery but no I have to get four teeth deep cleaned and pins put in my teeth that would cost me $100 per tooth that would be a total of $400 out of my pocket and I don't have that kind of money this is why I don't like dentist because they are suppose to listen to the patient but when you tell him none of the teeth are bothering you he still wants you to get the procedure done before he will ok the clearance for surgery

Longest wait I've experienced ever! Assistant did not wear gloves to open sterilized tools after repeatedly touching her hair. It was a scheduled appt for my 8 yr old. Dr. Didn't acknowledge me even after I tried to address my concerns about which tooth they were working on. He gave my son a shot of novacaine, walked away, and then had the nurse come back with a referral to children's hospital. No explaination what so ever! They shuffled is to reception and asked when we'd like to reschedule?

I drove over an hour to get here. I had an appointment for 11am. I showed up at 10:50, I wasn't spoken to until 11:15 to fill out paperwork. I quickly finished the paperwork and turned it back in. At 12:15 I was still waiting and I asked when I would be seen, explaining I was an hour from home and had to be home by 2 to get my kids. They said "there's still two patients in front of you, that could be a short or long wait." I waited until 12:45, still hadn't been called back and went to tell them I had to leave and needed to reschedule. I asked if the wait was always like this and she said "yes it doesn't matter if you're the first or last appointment there will always be a wait." I will not be keeping my rescheduled appointment. How is this a way to run a business? Why bother giving appointment times if you're going to make everyone wait 2+ hours to even go back to a room?

They purposely overbook so expect the longest wait of your life and the FULLEST waiting room. It's just unethical to expect patients to waste their ENTIRE day waiting to be seen. Rude dental assistants and no masks worn. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FIND A REAL DENTIST. Oh and all the good reviews? Most likely cash paying customers, who are treated VERY different.

Horrible place. Rude, inconsiderate and half don't know what they are doing! 4 hour wait time and then they want to do work NOT needed yet get mad when you refuse. Dentist took a tantrum and stormed away, very unprofessional.

I have read many mixed reviews on this place and wanted to wait until I had a substantial amount of work done to leave an honest review. My children and I have been going for years. Multiple cleanings and fillings, and I had to get a root canal and crown. Fillings have held up with no issues, root canal a success and the crown is comfortable. Dr. Pollina and his staff has always been welcoming and kind. Pollina is a very personable guy. He's made me feel comfortable to the point where my dental anxiety has subsided. I never felt judged or pushed into doing a procedure that I didn't feel is necessary. This review stems from years of work and experience at this practice. My personal experience here has been great and we will continue to go here.

I had my first appointment today with New Dimensions Dentistry. Dr. Pollina and everyone I had contact with were extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Pollina worked very efficiently and quickly and constantly maintained my comfort. I have more dental work to get completed and have already made my next appointment. Great experience today!!

First off, I would like to start out by saying that I have gone to 3 local dentist prior to going to New Dimensions. I had almost given up hope in finding a good dentist (especially one where I was comfortable). Every dental experience before New Dimensions has been a complete and utter nightmare! (due to botched Dental work, rude staff and much more)This office is a diamond in the rough! Not only is his staff pleasant, they go above and beyond anything that I have experienced in the past. I constantly work out of town so flexible scheduling is VERY important to me. Unlike my last dentist, it's not like pulling teeth to get an appointment (no pun intended). Two weeks ago I woke up with my mouth in horrible pain and my cheek is swollen from an infected tooth. I called New Dimensions and they were able to get me in the next day! Now, let's talk about the man behind the hygienist mask-Dr. Pollina. Not only is he a great dentist but his rates are very reasonable compared to other dentists in the area. (I know this first hand because my mouth was a mess. I have had a lot of work done) I have always had issues with fillings falling out. Knock on wood but Dr. Pollina has been my dentist for the last 3 years. Not one filling that he has done has fallen out. Also, when he has had to use novicane he doesn't skimp. I have had dentists in this area previously that did not use enough and not wait long enough -it resulted in tons of pain. Also, if you are worried about getting shots, he is slick. In my personal opinion Dr. Pollina is the best dentist around and deserves 5 out of 5 stars. This place makes going to the dentist not so bad

If I could I give this place a zero star!! First off I had a full top mouth extraction done by Dr pollina, he original wanted too all my teeth that day but I'm glad he didn't cause of how much pain I was in. The day of my extraction my appt was at 1 pm. I didn't get back there til 4 pm. Then I sat there for 30 mins when he finally started pulling my teeth. I didn't get out of there til 7pm. Then to make it worse they sent me home with out no emergency contact number. Which I ended up going to the ER come to find out the ER alone couldn't help me!! Then after a month of extraction I started having bone fragments come thru my gums, so I call new dimensions the lady I spoke with said I wouldn't be waiting long since it will be a post op check. Now keep in mind I was in alot of pain that day!!!! So instead they made wait 2 and half hrs in pain!!! I went and spoke with the receptionist asked her nicely how much longer is it gonna be cause I was in a decent amount of pain!!! She said there's 2 more people in front of you so she not sure! I walked that day cause I was in so much pain and they acted like they did not care!!! So the following weekend I had to deal with pain. Which is uncalled for! I had to get another surgery from another dentist who actually helped!!! Which that dentist said I needed a procedure done called alveoplasty. Which Dr pollina failed to even tell me I needed so when I get dentures they fit better plus to get all the bone fragments out of my gums Do not go here they are not caring about there patients nor do they wanna help people at all. Instead of them helping me cause they were the only dentist who accepted my insurance and yea I had insurance and instead I had to go to another Dentist and pay out of pocket which was NOT cheap to get the proper care I needed.

Inaccurate representation of emergency appointments. I called and emailed 2 days in a row for an appointment. I had a back tooth that needed extracted. I was in horrible pain, asked to pay cash if my insurance was the issue. Staff said it didn't matter, no service for almost 2 weeks. I stated pain meds and antibiotics were not working. They would not do an emergency appointment.

No changing table for children, ridiculous waiting time for everyone there: almost 2 hours after appointment time we get back there and it's disgusting. One open room only curtains separating everyone I can hear and partially see everyone getting work done around me. And the main receptionist on 3/31/2022 Was as rude and unhelpful as ever.Would never bring my child back to that dump. Highly recommend to go anywhere else
