Every visit I've had here is exceptional. Everyone is very kind and professional, and they are quick to the point- no time wasted sitting around in waiting rooms. They're always ready for me immediately!

Everyone in the office is very friendly and calming. However, they are absolutely ok with completely botching your crowns leaving you in daily pain and financially on the hook if you opened a new credit card to pay for a procedure and won't help you fix them or refund you going on six months of daily pain to where I can't eat on one side of my mouth and caused numerous problems on the opposite side as a result with them wanting to take no responsibility whatsoever to fix their mistake.

This is just a lovely practice. Dr. Ton is super kind as well as the staff. Everything was timely and everyone on staff is super knowledgeable. They are great about following up with people like me who forget to schedule. 10/10 recommend.

If you do the clear correct treatment, I recommend getting a removable retainer, not the permanent one. I also would recommend regular braces over clear correct. I still have teeth I am unhappy with and regular braces would have fixed it.

You guys are great! Vanessa and Andy were really sweet, quick and efficient when giving me my first crown. The office is gorgeous, everyone is friendly and service is always on time! Happy to find a good dentist and team to ease my dental anxiety :)

I established care as a new patient and overall it was great experience. The staff were welcoming and respectful. Dr. Ton answered all my question and took the time to explain all that was going on. They also asked me good questions to better understand why I was there and what I would need to maintain healthy teeth.

I have been looking for a new dentist for a while now and I am so so glad to have found Dr. Ton and New Day Dentistry. I get very nervous going to the dentist but the environment was very welcoming. Everyone that worked with me was so friendly and kind. Dr. Ton answered all of my questions and I was able to get an estimate for the work that I needed done as well as some additional things that I had asked about. Sue was my hygienist and she was very friendly and did a really thorough job while still being gentle on my teeth. Vanessa answered all of my financial questions and went over the estimates with me. She provided some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced, especially in a medical setting. I could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.
