I have been going to New Country Dental for over 20 years. I have a fear and sensitivity of dentistry since I was a kid. They keep a file on my needs, are gentle, patient and prepared as soon as I walk into the door. Very kind, funny and knowledge staff. I will never go anywhere else and you should give them a try. I personally see Dr. Kristin Raineri . She is a brilliant Dentist and a breath of fresh air.

Recently had a broken tooth extracted, the care I received by dentist and staff was exceptional. I would recommend them highly. I loved the decorations which change with the seasons. Thank you!

Easily the best practice in the area. Everyone is super friendly AND efficient. Dr. Kristen is a ray of sunshine and makes it enjoyable to go to the dentist!

Great place to get your teeth taken care of Office staff are friendly and helpful. I've never had trouble getting an appointment even with an emergency. I like that they send text message reminders. The dentists, hygienists and assistants are all VERY friendly. Especially nice because I have a mild fear of dentists. They make the experience pleasant. All the work they have done is great, I've never needed a follow-up. I highly recommend new country dental group

Dr. R and her assistant were so wonderful during a cavity filling for our four year old. They made her feel so comfortable and make the whole process easy. I highly recommend!

I grew up with many poor experiences going to the dentist. My parents didn't have insurance, so I would get fillings without novocaine Needless to say, I developed a fear of going to the dentist. Today, I went to see Dr Kristen Raineri for 3 broken teeth! Dr Raineri's hygienist (Tara) was so kind and very professional! After my x-rays, Dr Raineri came in and examined me. She thoroughly and thoughtfully explained every step of what she was doing, and gave me several options for my treatment. In fact, she recommended an option that was much less expensive than the other one, which tells me that she isn't just about the money! Dr Raineri is down to earth and very friendly! She has taken my fear of going to the dentist away, and I am now actually looking forward to my next visit to start my plan of treatment! Also, Mindy at the front desk was so nice, very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to billing and insurance. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Raineri to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!! I promise you won't be disappointed!

After moving back to CNY, I had excruciating tooth pain from 2 broken teeth that needed to be extracted but had to be put off during my pregnancy. Of course that led to 2 very painful abscesses. My parents recommended and called their family dentist Dr. Damiano on a Friday and he was very attentive and diligent in making sure I was seen first thing Monday morning. Mindy at the front desk was friendly and upbeat and Dr. Damiano was even more so. Dr. Mike is very knowledgeable, attentive and just an overall excellent dentist. He quickly put any of my anxiety about my dental work at ease. After a completely painless exam and x-rays, he referred me to Dr. Thomas Fallon (another 5 star provider) immediately for the extraction of 3 infected teeth. If you are looking for one of the best dentists in CNY, it's a no brainer-go see Dr. Damiano!

Would recommend New Country Dental in Cicero ANY DAY. Was actually a pleasant experience (despite the reason I went in / broken tooth). I'll deff be going back!! I had Dr. Kristen Raineri....can't say enough good things about her. <3 Love, love, love. Her assistant as well. They made my entire morning (even with having the tooth extraction). Please go see them if you're in need of a dentist. Tell her I sent you too. I called and they got me in the NEXT day. Wasn't even late for work this morning. Five stars all around. 32 years old and this is the first time I haven't cried at the dentist. Dr. Raineri is the BOMB! <3

I called looking for a new dentist since I am new to the area and I was so happy I did. Mindy at the front desk is excellent! Dr. Raineri and her assistant made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office highly.
