Dr. Martin Hertzel has been practicing dentistry since 2004 and has been a part of our team since 2009. He says that he enjoys getting to work in all aspects of dentistry as a general dentist. Originally from Olmsted Falls, OH, Dr. Hertzel attended Muskingum University and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He is a ClearCorrect certified provider, and has undergone training in dental implant placement at the Midwest Implant Institute. Dr. Hertzel is married and has two children, two dogs, and two cats. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, bowling, and spending time with his family. He is also a self-proclaimed connoisseur of craft beer and BBQ!
Meet Jacey, our newest team member. Jacey has been a dental assistant for 3 years. She is from Caldwell, OH and attended Shenandoah High School. She gained her dental assisting education from MidEast Career Technology Center in Cambridge, OH. Jacey loves being part of a team and is excited to fulfill her career goals with our office. She is eager to meet our patients and continue to make them feel at ease while in our office. Jacey enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews. She has 3 dogs, Dallas, Winston, and Houston. She is always up for an adventure and loves to read.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. My daughter and I have been going here for 3 years. We always feel welcome and have never felt pain with any of our procedures.

I always feel comfortable at New Concord Family Dental. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff takes the time to listen and answer questions. Very happy with our experience here.

Love this place great people Excellent doc he puts up with my B.S and Since I'm starting coming here I'm not a nervous p_ _ _ y anymore he makes me very Convertible if your Going to spend your money you might as well do it here lol

Absolutely love those place. Staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you. It is nice to enter into a nice clean establishment. I have never been a fan of getting dental work done but now it is less uncomfortable for me. Would recommend it to everybody.

Dr Hertzel is a great caring guy that is super gentle and his staff are so friendly, I've had throat radiation done and was told i would need a special dentist or an oral surgeon to remove my teeth/roots but Dr Hertzel numbed me up good and even gave me the gas free of charge, He and his staff are such great people. I thought he was just loosening my teeth and before i knew it he said well that's it, I was in shock and HIGHLY RECOMMEND New Concord Family Dental. If you are having dental issues, Do not hesitate to make an appointment here. Dr Hertzel and his staff are the best and super friendly.

The staff and Dr. Hertzel take the stress and anxiety out of going to the dentist! You are always met with a smile and and gentle care in the chair! When you are there, you are treated like a friend, not like "another patient". Highly recommend New Concord Family Dental
