Would not recommend Dr.D ever! Be careful here, completely dismissed my tooth pain sending me home saying nothing is wrong - I ended up needing a filling and now a potential root canal. BS and waste of my time - good thing as the patient I kept advocating for myself and my pain to find out what is wrong!! Embarassing for New Concept Dental

The staff I have encountered have been excellent! I recently had a cleaning and fillings done that I was very pleased with. My only concern is that the office is inconsistent with following medical guidelines regarding social illnesses. Requiring patients to wear a mask while waiting in the lobby is unnecessary and illogical. Enforcing these requirements will cause me to rethink my choices in the future.

I've been a patient of Dr. Fay since the beginning of his practice. He was a excellent dentist then and as his business has grown and flourished over the years he has implemented new practices and made required changes in order to keep his practice up to date. He is kind and I have never felt discomfor let alone pain In any of the many procedures he has done on me throughout the years. Still in the process of my next procedure so I will be a willing patient once again in 2022. I must mention the people who check you in at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Amy is my hygienist and she's the best and special mention to office manager, Patty, whom always goes the extra mile. And Lisa, Dr. Fay's, right hand women!! Christine Connell

It was my first time going there in an emergency. My husband been going there for a long time, but I just switched. Dr. Weinstein and the whole crew are absolutely amazing. The best experience I had. Thank you for the kindness and wonderful experience!

The best dentist office I've ever been too! The whole staff is so nice and informative, and the dr takes his time with you instead of of just rushing thru appointments! Highly recommend!

New Concept has been amazing. I had called many places to get my husband Genier Robles seen for an emergency wisdom tooth out and no one will see him. New concept saw him right away and did procedure same day. I Want to thank Jennifer Burns Windward for helping with this you are a blessing. My husband does not like going to the dentist but his experience was so good that he has been back to them twice already. Again his experience with doctors and staff has been beyond. Highly recommend this office. My whole family transfer care to New Concept. Thank you.

Dr. Weinstein and all the wonderful staff on his team treated me with exceptional professionalism and care when repairing a broken tooth with a crown. New Concept Dental is definitely not your typical dentist office; all had shown kind enthusiasm in doing great dental work. I left my appointment knowing I would be writing a five-star rating for them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
