Dr. Yu is a caring, meticulous dentist. We have needed much work beyond our annual check-up and cleaning. Dr. Yu has skillfully repaired cavities, bonded cracked teeth, and created & installed crowns with minimal pain. Although, we have moved the New City area, my husband and I remain loyal and satisfied patients traveling over an hour from our new home in New Jersey. We highly recommend Dr. Yu and her team at New City Family Dental!

I have been a patient at the New City Family since I was a child. It has changed hands a few times over the many years. I have always been pleased with the work and exceptional service at the practice. The current office ownership and staff continues to provide a great experience for me as a patient. Andrea, the front office manage is the best, always very helpful, warm personality and accommodating. I have seen both Dr Yu and Dr Chong, I highly recommend either one. They do great work and have a welcoming bedside manner. Margaret and Maryanne are a pleasure to work with and talk to. The best most skilled dental hygienists/assistants out there. The entire office is awesome, I would recommend any day of the week to a new patient! Thanks for all you do. - Steve

Can't say Thank you enough! I had never been a patient but had a dental emergency..I called after a glowing referral from my mother in law. Andrea was top notch, warm, friendly and scheduled immediately! The Dr. was incredible! Thank you Thank you Thank you

New City Family Dental has been our family dentist for more years than I can remember. They are very friendly, professional, gentle and the reason we have enjoyed excellent dental health for decades. Andrea, who manages the office (and much more!), is always there to greet and help you, plus is an expert on working with dental insurance plans. Dr. Chong and Dr. Yu are at the top of their field, which is also true for the hygienists who support them.

The Office is very clean. Dr. Hu and Dr. Chung are friendly and very Professional. Andrea is extremely cordial. She is their to help the patient. Whether its helping to set an appointment or answering questions about Dental Insurance, Andrea is the Staff Member to talk with. I would highly recommend New City Family Dental .

Dr. Chong is great. She's warm and caring. I got cleaning, extraction, and filling done and there's nothing I don't like about her or her work. I'm not a huge fan of her staff though including Andrea, but overall, I'm satisfied and I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Dr. Yu is fantastic! She gave me a root canal treatment and her work is clean, thorough, and sensitive to the patient. She and her assistant, Mary Ann, treated my infection in a calm and caring manner and I was as good as new! Andrea, knowing my infection was severe, accommodated me with a prompt appointment and saved me from a lot of pain. I have hopped around dental clinics after my first few visits with Dr. Yu because I moved away in between. Other dentists were in awe of Dr. Yu's previous work on my teeth WITHOUT MY ASKING. I'm very happy to have moved back so that I can go to New City Family Dental as my primary clinic!

I love this place. I, like most, hate the dentist. New City Family Dental has completely changed that for me. From the dental assistants, to the dentists (Dr. Chong and Dr. Yu) to the Andrea (dental manager). Theyre thorough and GENTLE. If you like your teeth and don't like pain, then come here. I know I will.

Oct 19, 2020 Recently, we had our usual check-up and cleaning at the New City Family Dental office. Dr Yu, Andrea, Manley and Mary Ann all did an incredible job at making this senior citizen feel very comfortable through this Covid-19 situation. It was the first time Manley was my dental hygienist.
