T he Primary Health Network (PHN) began with one small community health center site in the Shenango Valley, in 1984, with a central focus on providing the highest quality of care to the people we serve. Since our inception in 1984, The Primary Health Network, a private, non-profit organization, has worked with local communities to develop and implement a new model of health care: the Community Health Center.

After over 38 years of service, PHN has grown to become the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania and one of the largest in the nation. Currently, we staff over 150 physicians, dentists, physician assistants, certified nurse practitioners, and other health professionals. Our support staff includes over 450 employees, as well. Last year, we reached over 75,000 patients through health, educational, and enabling services.

Our country's future healthcare system will present new challenges and opportunities for growth. The Primary Health Network stands ready to meet the healthcare needs of all residents in the communities we serve, and we will continue to look to the future, as we continue to provide quality healthcare.

I too gave 1 star because there is no zero. I got a referral to northland dental as new castle dental was booked for a tooth extraction that was urgent. The day of my appointment I was informed that I had to pay 400.00. A fee I could have done if I knew a month in advance. I have a dead tooth in my mouth from 2 months ago and now have to find a place to take it out.. this dental office is placing my health in grave danger

I followed Dr Young from Farrell Dental to New Castle. She has provided myself and my child quality work for years and is very professional and personable. I have never had any issues with any services provided by staff at either office.

They broke my tooth then had the audacity to schedule me to fix it over a year layer. Now we went and when we made the appointment told them the tooth needed extracted and they made us wait a month to get seen and did nothing but say, we dont extract teeth u need an oral surgeon. Now we have to wait longer to get in there. I hope they dont make anyone else suffer like this. They are monsters and should not be in business

I'm sorry there are negative reviews about this dentistry group. I absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Susan Young! She's a very good dentist and very personable. Maybe she could provide some tips for improvement to her fellow dentists.

Ten out of ten would NOT recommend. Most of the nurses and staff are cool but the dentist himself is terrible.

HORRIBLE experience, wasting people's time. Let me check in and wait about 25mins just to tell me I have to reschedule because YOUR staff "accidentally" scheduled me a week too early for my insurance to cover it and now I'm waiting two more weeks for an appt SMH!!

I simply give 1 star because there wasn't a zero. This was by far my worst experience at any dr's office. So unprofessional and they really could care less that I had a toothache. I realize they probably couldn't fix it right away but surely they could have gave me some relief. All they did for me was take x-rays and give a referral. I made the appointment here because of my insurance, I had no other choice. I guess my biggest complaint is the had no interest of giving me relief. I wouldn't recommend this place .

I'm so sure I'm checking in for a appointment Everytime I've called someone picks up and hangs up closing timeis 400 I call prior to 400 I better not missed appointment take ten years for filling and cleaning I didn't get card last time so I said better check before my teeth fall out I miss trot
