Dr. Robert Heinrich is a dentist in New Braunfels where he owns and manages New Braunfels Dentists, PLLC. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1986 he attended The University of Texas Dental Branch at the Texas Medical Center in Houston. As a student Dr. Heinrich was the schools representative delegate to the Texas Dental Association. He has served locally as the President of the 24th district dental society and has been a board member of the Peer Review Committee since 2003. He currently serves as the chairman of the peer review committee.
Dr. Heinrich has also served as a board member for The University of Texas Dental Branch Alumni Association. Other organizations that he has proudly served include The Downtown New Braunfels Rotary Club and the Childrens Museum in New Braunfels. Dr. Heinrich has been married to his lovely wife Stephanie for 30 + years and has three children, Paul, Diana and Timothy. When he is not practicing dentistry you may find him hunting or fishing.
Dr. Lilian Carter was born in Brazil and at the early age of 15 began her career in Dentistry as a Dental Assistant. She later attended Dental School in Brazil where she received her DDS degree in 2003. She then completed a 1-year fellowship in Periodontics. Afterward, Dr. Carter owned and operated a private dental practice in Brazil while also serving in Public Dentistry for the underserved community.
Dr. Lilian Carter was pursuing a career in advanced dentistry in the United States where she met her future husband, Clay Carter. She then moved to New Braunfels, Texas and joined a private dental practice to work as a Dental Assistant while pursuing her DDS degree in the US. Dr. Lilian Carter then attended UT Health Science Center in San Antonio and received her DDS.
Apart from being a dentist, Dr. Lilian Carter has 3 stepchildren, 2 step-grandchildren (Jude and Zoey) and 1 Yellow Labrador (Sarah). She enjoys cooking for her family and friends. She enjoys reading, personal and professional. She is also an Advanced Open Water Certified Scuba Diver. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Ariel was born and raised in New Braunfels and lived in San Antonio for about 6 years. She took her prerequisites at UTSA then received a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene at UT Health Science Center. She is the first dental hygienist in her family and has enjoyed the profession of helping others with their oral health. On the weekends, Ariel loves spending time with family, friends, pets, and shopping for home decor and new crafts to do.
Lien is one of our Dental Hygienist. She grew up in Albuquerque, NM where she also pursued her Bachelors at the University of New Mexico, Division of Dental Hygiene. She has been in practice for seven years in Albuquerque but recently moved to the Lone Star state after getting married to her husband. Her husband is also an Albuquerque native and moved to San Antonio for Dental School. He have since graduated and is now working as an Associate Dentist in San Antonio. Lien enjoys the outdoors like going on hikes and jogging.
Shavar was part of the first dental hygiene program to graduate from Concorde in 2013. Prior to that, she worked as a dental assistant for a short period of time. The way she cares for patients is top-notch. Outside of work, she is a loving mother to 3 amazing children. She enjoys cooking and watching movies. Stop by and see her.
Jordan Drolet is the newest member of our team. Jordan came to work for our office June 2019 as a temporary hygienist and she fit in so well we asked her to become part of the team in July. She shares 3 adorable cats with her husband of 5 years Gabriel. Jordan is obsessed with exotic domestic Cats. She has an Oriental short haired Siamese, a Cornish Rex, and a tabby name Smoke. Jordan is in touch with nature and loves doing yoga outside with her cats while surrounded by all the plants she and her husband Gabe garden together.
Jessica has been with Dr. Heinrichs office going on two years now; she has been an assistant for 8 years. She lives in Seguin with her son Jayden who love to play sports, video games and read books for fun. As for Jessica in her free time she loves spending time with her family, fishing, barbecuing, board games, cooking, bike riding and trips to the coast!

Lilian isn't the best professional out there. While I don't know her she has been harassing me on my networks, not the best fit for a health professional. Would not put my mouth or anyone I know under her care.

Dr Heinrich and his staff have always been so supportive and kind and made my kids and feel welcome and loved. I'd strongly suggest them if you have any fear of dentist like most of us do!

Ana was fantastic. I was a little nervous and embarrassed about going to the dentist for the first time in a long time, but she was friendly and professional and made me feel much better immediately. Dr Heinrich came highly recommended and did not disappoint. His staff is wonderful and my hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Heinrich did an amazing AWESOME job. The procedure was painless and you can't tell where my filling is! If you've ever had a bad experience, this place will cure it! Highly recommend!

1st visit: Dec. 21 2021 Dr. Carter and her Dental Tech did a thorough and professional job on my tooth extraction. They made sure I understood the procedure and were very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. They made sure I felt little too no pain or discomfort during the extraction and were quite endearing and have a sense of humor. If you don't have a dental coverage I recommend the in-house dental plan. 2nd visit: 11 May 2022 I enjoyed having Dr Carter again, she's very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. The hygienist Jordan was pretty cool and enjoyed her company and work. And their dental house plan is really affordable.

This team is the Best of the Best. I avoided Dentist for more than 20 years because I don't like it. However; this team at NewBraunfels Dentist makes me feel very good, gentle on the chopper's and they keep me informed in advance what my insurance covers. No guessing games for me. My rating for today's dental exam was a 10+. Gabby, Lynn and Dr. Carter were outstanding. My dental exam was one of the best I've ever had. Dr. Carter explained my dental needs and was very detailed in her explanation. Gabby explained all my entitlements and benefits my insurance provides. Bottom line the team provided professional and outstanding patient care services!!
