We recently switched dentists and could not be any happier that we are with Dr. Pandher and her staff. The staff could not be more accommodating and considerate. Teresa is a fantastic hygienist. Dr. Pandher is informative and does exceptional work. She is the sixth dentist we have had in our 50 years and is by far the best.

I'm a new patient and loving it! I had cleanings, fillings and they also offer Invisalign. My smile is 10 times better. Dr. Nim and the staff here are kind and respectful and won't let you go home unless you're satisfied. Highly recommend! And *bonus* -- they also do Botox!

Although this incident occurred over a year ago I wanted to share my awful experience. I was told by my hygienist I had a new cavity that needed to be addressed. When I came in for my appointment I was beyond dissatisfied with Dr. Fox and Vica. They acted as though they were rushed during this process. They failed to explain the process of the procedure which ultimately made me uncomfortable and gave me anxiety and I could not go through with it. They were trying to put shots in my mouth and everything not even explaining to me what was going on. I felt as though I was dismissed and had no voice in my plan of care and was scared. I'm the patient I deserve exact explanations in regards to what to expect and what the process entails since this was my first ever legit dental procedure. Never got that. Even when she decided to explain things to me well after she did a poor job and I was ready to leave not going through the procedure. Dr. Fox told me I wasted her time and still wanted to charge me an office visit after all of this!! Paid her the money she didn't deserve and walked out. Funny thing is I got a check mailed to me because they knew they messed up. Went to a new dentist and they told me I never even had a cavity. Another thing about gentle fox dentistry is their hours. It was always a pain setting up appointments based on their silly hours/planned closings prior to COVID. Staff would get two weeks off for which seemed like for every holiday under then sun. They always have awful hours and no weekend appointments. Yes very nice for the staff, but not an overall accommodating dentist office. Look elsewhere people! Glad I left. It takes one bad experience to put a bad taste in someone's mouth.

We saw dr fox to have 2 of our children's tongue and lip ties revised. She is very through, and gentle. Her and staff explain everything in detail, prior to the procedure, and make sure you are comfortable with everything. You are allowed to stay in the room, or leave, whatever you wish. Dr Fox truly understands how ties restrict a babies ability to breastfeed, even when there isn't pain.

I am a new patient at fox gentle dentistry and have not been to a dentist in general for a cleaning In far far too long. Today I had my first appointment and I was very impressed with the place as a whole! Melissa at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Michele was extra nice and made me feel very comfortable, especially since I was nervous and embarrassed having gone so long without a cleaning. Last but not least Dr. Fox herself was super nice and welcoming. I'm excited to say I've found my new dentist and will be back on track with regular cleanings :) Woo Hoo!

I brought my three month old daughter to Dr. Fox for an evaluation of her lip and tongue ties. Dr. Fox explained how Sadie could potentially benefit since she had moderate ties, and the process, but truly left the decision up to me. I chose to have both ties revised and am extremely thankful I did. It has helped breastfeeding tremendously. The office is clean and well kept. Dr. Fox and her staff were very kind caring through the procedure and very supportive afterwards. My husband even ended up calling Dr. Fox after hours that evening and she answered and was very helpful. I'm very thankful for this team!

Our 7 week old son was diagnosed with a lip tie that was affecting his ability to nurse effectively. We called Fox Gentle Dentistry based on their website mentioning lip ties. They were able to get him in right away and Dr Fox made us feel so comfortable. She answered all of our questions before we even asked them and she even followed up the next day to make sure he was doing well. The laser surgery was quick and painless and my son was already nursing better by the time we got home. I would highly recommend Fox Gentle Dentistry for everyone in your family.

Very wonderful experience!! Our baby had a lip tie and Dr. Fox was very helpful and made sure we fully understood everything that was going to happen and showed us how to take care of her at home after the procedure. They even called the next day to see how she was doing!

Went to Dr. Fox every 6 months for 17 years and no cavities. Then I was informed I had three cavities. Got those three filled. Six month later I was informed I had another three cavities. Why wasn't any watches put on these teeth six months ago ? Got those filled. 6 months later they said I had another three. I was working for another Dentist at this time. Asked him to take a look and he couldn't find an ounce of decay. Filling coffee stains ? Also had a terrible white knuckling experience the second round of cavities getting filled. I was told to "shut up and breathe. " WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST. Actually had my family members leave and some friends.

We had our newborns lip and tongue ties revised with Dr. Fox, and are so thankful we did! From scheduling to consultation, through the procedure and follow up (a call the next day and a check up 1 week post), we were very pleased. Dr. Fox was easy to talk to, Vica had a calming presence about her and Michele was perfect with our little guy! I especially like the written instructions and pre-filled insurance claim paperwork they provided to help keep this sleep deprived new mom organized! We would absolutely recommend using them!

We brought our 7 week old son for a consultation to get his lip tie/tongue evaluated due to issues with breastfeeding and his gassy tummy from not getting a proper latch. From the moment I called the staff was fantastic. They were upfront about costs and got us in right away. When we got to our appointment we were happily greeted by the front desk and got taken back right away. Dr. Fox asked us several questions about breastfeeding and other things going on with our son. She told us she would recommend the surgery. She then explained how the procedure worked and what we could expect if we chose to have his lip and tongue ties released. After she explained she gave us a moment to decide if this was the best decision for our family- never pressured us into the surgery at all. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she also has really great bedside manner and seems to humbly care for her patients! We decided to go ahead with the procedure which took less than 10 minutes total. Through the procedure, Dr. Fox and her staff were very gentle and patient with our son which kept us at ease. Immediately after the procedure they gave us space to breastfeed and his latch was completely different. I must say, I thought the first few nights would be really rough from him being in pain but he only cried a bit more than normal the first night and seemed to be okay after that. She had us come in 4 days later for her to check our feeding progress and to make sure he was healing properly. We are now about 2 weeks post and he's feeding like a champ. Not only that, he is much less gassy from not breaking his latch and getting air as he drinks. Additionally, my nipples don't hurt anymore and he's more satisfied for longer. I would recommend Dr. Fox to anyone looking to get a consultation- she's fantastic!
