Great group to work with. They are a lot of fun, very professional and just a great group of people. I typically hate dental visits, childhood issues... but this team makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Treated my jaw pain for several days with no lasting relief, so this morning called New Beginnings Dental (our family dentist). I called at 9:30; was in the office at 11:15, and by 12:15 the temporary crown was in place and I was home. Dr. B and his staff made a way for me to receive care, despite their full schedule. The entire staff at New Beginnings is first-rate!

Staff is nice but dentist is rude & unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your dental needs.

Dr B and all the ladies in the office were absolutely the best dentist/assistants/receptionist I have ever experienced. Made me feel comfortable, and all had the best bedside manner in the business! Not a close second!!! All had a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel like I wasn't even about to get a tooth pulled! Found my lifetime dentist! Very good at what he does! They deserve 17 stars out of 5!

I wish i could give no stars. Nice staff but horrible dentist. Very unprofessional. Used inappropriate language while he was extracting a tooth. Lied and said i didnt have a bad tooth when i clearly know my tooth is bad just cause he didnt want to do his job. Damaged jaw bone while trying to pull a tooth. Never plan to go back. Hope nobody else has to have these experiences here.

I have to say, the staff here is amazing! Dr. B is a very caring dentist. Plus, he has an excellent sense of humor! They were willing to work me in so that I could get a broken wisdom tooth removed and I was a first-time patient! That says all you need to know about this office. I highly recommend!

Bianca is the epitome of excellence! Fun, smart, and outstanding at her profession. Dana is the absolute best receptionist in all of Alabama. Kathy is supremely knowledgeable and very helpful with financial issues. Of course Dr. B is the bomb! The entire staff is excellent! This is the best dentist office around, hands down.
