The nurses are awesome, they are very nice, and will keep you comfortable. the surgeon is excellent but mind you I except pain very well if I know it's gonna release pain overall. So if your a little more sensitive just be honest. The doctors will.manage. Not all doctors except mass health and they treat me like I pay them extra. My teeth where very severe through my depression and I have my smile back thanks to New Bedford Dentistry and Braces, never give up!!!

Let me start they should change the name to overpriced dentistry end braces. They canceled my appointment 20 minutes before The appointment. So I lost A-day's pay and did not get the $100 reimbursement for joining their dental club. Because I've got my teeth cleaned once A 130 out of pocket .so the cleaning cost me over $238++ don't think this is a very good way to do business. I urge people to shop around for a dentist . I urge this company to shop around for new management running your dental practice . Very disappointed on the way these people handled this situation . Not trying to write the wrong thay caused . Beware beware beware

i've been to this place many times to get my teeth taken care of and every single visit has been amazing. Dr. Patel is genuinely the best dentist i've seen in my entire life. Courtney has also been so kind, funny, amazing and helpful. her energy is very positive and comforting. all of the workers are super sweet. i've always been afraid of the dentists but they make the atmosphere so welcoming that when i walk in i forget about that fear. they've pretty much saved my teeth. Dr. Patel does such good work i can barely even tell that my teeth have been reshaped. he's so careful and gentle with everything that you can't even feel him working. 1000/10 id definitely recommend

This place is horrible another dental dream in disguise one doctor for all the customers went there yesterday for a cleaning for the first time the girl doing the cleaning dry attitude not friendly rushing u out for the next patient and my next Appointment for the same thing to basically finish what she started is in two month already called my insurance to Denied the claim go to aspen dental in Dartmouth more experience more staffing

Wonderful place, everyone is so inviting and makes you feel so comfortable. Especially the dental assistant Andrea. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and stress free! The other dental assistances are amazing as well! Dr shaft is such a wonderful dentist and I wish I could give him 10 stars! Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me

Dr. Bae and Andrea are absolutely phenomenal! Andrea made me feel extremely comfortable, my fear of the dentist office went right out the window thanks to her. She explained the procedure in detail (which eases my anxiety) and kept a great conversation with me. Dr. Bae was extremely informative and quick. THANK YOU DR. BAE AND ANDREA!!!!!!!!!!
