This has been my Dentist for a few years now.. I had a cleaning in beginning of June I asked about the soreness, the blonde hygienist who I have seen before said she Didn't see anything wrong never called Dentist in.. went back in August it was abscessed and tooth needed to be removed. I was moving at the time and couldn't have it done because he didn't think it was good before travel. I asked for my records to be faxed to new office. The receptionist never sent them! Seen my new dentist and removed tooth. My teeth were never cleaned properly.. so I am wondering how many times my cleaning were done poorly and led to the loss of my tooth. Also I felt my concerns were dismissed .. do not recommend

I went in as an emergency and saw Dr. Rosenthal, she is very professional and knowledgeable about everything dentistry! The staff was very welcoming and very efficient! Definitely recommend seeing Dr. Rosenthal and her amazing staff!

Dentist and all staff are great - I've been to multiple dentists since moving from the west side and this is definitely the best. Everyone is super friendly and knows what they're doing. High tech equipment, modern office. Also had to get a couple months of Invisalign/suresmile because I haven't worn my retainer and the orthodontist is awesome and process was super quick and efficient. Highly recommend

The staff was VERY Professional, but the actual dentist was an A-Hole! He doesn't know how to talk to people! He doesn't listen to anything you're saying, because he feels as if he knows EVERYTHING because he's been doing this for 40yrs! Well I've had my teeth well over 40yrs, so I should have some knowledge as what's going on in my mouth! This was my first and LAST visit.

We had to reschedule last minute for a very important meeting, the receptionist was friendly. The dentist proceeded to call me back and scold me for something completely out of my control! He yelled at me like a child. I'm still in shock a "professional" had the audacity to talk to me like that and tell me to take my money and go then hang up on me. Unbelievable.

the staff is nice but the dentist himself is like a egomaniac, he was very very rude and passive aggressive. he said it was my fault he missed his lunch even though i had a 12:00 appointment and he didn't even walk into the room till 1:00... i sat there for a hour but it was my fault i guess loll. save yourself the time and find a different dentist!

The New Baltimore Family Dentistry is the best place I've been to. Sandy at the front desk is one of my favorite people there. Everybody is so friendly, they have a smile when you walk in the door and always try to spark a conversation and keep you comfortable.

I absolutely love this Dentist office. The entire staff is professional, easy to speak to, and very informative. The office itself is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. Sandy always has a warm welcoming smile! I have been a patient here for the better part of my life - roughly 19 years. Even when I relocated out-of-state for work, I made a trip every 6-months to visit Dr. Ali and his team. More recently, my insurance was not accepted by the office, so I paid out-of-pocket to continue utilizing their services. Melissa has always been my hygienist and I just love her. These are the only people I trust with my dental needs. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the entire office. I would easily and highly recommend New Baltimore Family Dentistry for the entire family.

Very clean, organized, & friendly. Front staff lyric & sandy were very kind & took time to go over all options. There is great communication with everyone! The dentist dr ali is efficient with his time management & you never feel rushed. The dentist puts in the extra effort by explaing and educating his patients while working, making great use of the time he has set aside for each appointment. Pain free dental work that has you always walking away with a better smile.

Dr. Ali is a fabulous dentist . I have been going to him for many years. His work is par excellence. Now, my husband, four kids and myself go to Dr. Ali's clinic. We recently had a front tooth injury with my daughter. The bottom half broke off completely. Dr. Ali immediately took us in, and treated my daughter. He repaired it beautifully. No one could ever tell that there was an injury. His office staff is always a pleasure to see and converse with. Everyone is kind and respectful. To top it off, he is now in a state of the art facility. It's spacious with high ceilings. It's simply amazing. If you want the best dental care, I recommend New Baltimore Family Dentistry.

I went to have Cavities filled && the exams were very thorough for my 1st appointment. Sandy at the front desk was really nice every time I called. It was just the 2nd appointment that the doctor was very rude && I don't like that. I believe he's from an Mediterranean culture I'm not sure but I don't like how he addressed me when he came into the room. Snappy. No respect. If I hadn't already paid my money for the exam I would've walked out.

Let me just say they're all AWESOME in my book! We all know having any dental work done can be expensive but Dr.Ali is CHEAPER by far (don't believe me check ) he is very good at his job . I'll refer Dr.Ali anytime he gave me my confidence back!! Plus,Sandy is amazing & always puts a smile on my face his staff is first class! He's our dentist now!
