Dr. Eugenia Kardaris and her team provide comprehensive dental services for all ages. From routine care and dental restorations, to first-rate cosmetic services, we can take care of most of your and your familys needs in our office.
Prior to opening her own practice, Dr. Kardaris treated patients of Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University Medical Center. She opened New Age Dental Care in 2001 so that it would be easier for patients to continue to receive her care after they were discharged.
Dr. Kardaris feels that providing a stress-free environment and providing exceptional care for her patients is extremely important. Kindness and understanding is the keynote of her practice. From the moment you walk into the office, to the moment you leave, Dr. Kardaris and her team are friendly and make you feel welcome.
Our entire team does their best to help you feel comfortable and to put you at ease. We offer amenities such as pillows for your neck and legs, noise-cancelling headphones, television, a DVD player and drinks at reception.
Dr. Kardaris is gentle, and does her best to ensure that your experience is as painless as possible. By using pre-numbing techniques and giving unnoticeable injections, Dr. Kardaris knows how to keep your dental work virtually pain free. In addition to the usual range of anesthetic solutions, she also provides sedation dentistry options.

Dr. Kardaris is patient and carefully explains dental procedures to you in terms that you understand. Our office uses a 3D cone beam CT scanner that has a built in panoramic feature to view the most important areas of your mouth. This machine combines safety and precision when planning implant placement surgery, bone grafting procedures and tooth extractions.
Dental lasers are precise and safe. Dr. Kardaris uses the dental laser for a variety of procedures, including gum disease treatment, minor surgeries and even for cold sores and ulcers. It can even be used for desensitization and can reduce the need for injections and metal instruments and drills. The laser makes treatments faster and speeds up healing in many cases. The DEKA laser uses very advanced laser technology for greater precision and efficiency as well as to minimalize damage to the tissue.

My son and I have been going to Dr. Kardaris for a couple years now and we LOVE her! My son is high functioning Autistic and she has taken so much time to work with him over the years, he no longer fears the dentist whatsoever. He and I both have epilepsy as well, and she is extremely patient with us making sure we are well cared for throughout all our treatments. We've had so many poor experiences in the past where dentists would rush us through, just increasing the anxiety for us both. Not with Dr Kardaris however, she's the most compassionate and caring with her patients. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting a FAMILY oriented provider. This small clinic reminds me of how things used to be, when we all knew each other's names and asked how your kiddo did on their school exams or how your last vacation was. This clinic is exactly how I want all our medical/dental experiences to feel, safe and comfortable. Thank you for you service, Dr Kardaris . We appreciate you!!!

I had terrible experiences here: I called for an emergency need, the receptionist said they took my insurance. When I tried to check out, it was clear that they did not take my insurance, but were going to submit to see what they'd get. The submitted the entire fee for a root canal, which was only started, nowhere near completed. It caused a huge issue of back and forth with insurance company, I ended paying a lot out of pocket. I had to go to a competent DDS to have the job completed. More insurance hassle. In addition, she attempted to do a major root canal on her own. No assistant or anything, the whole process did not seem right, kind of suspicious. CAVEAT: this happened a couple of years ago. I did not grade here for fear of some kind of retribution.

I will admit, it's been quite a few years since I saw this dentist but still feel the need to write this. This lady thinks she's an orthodontist and fair warning... she isn't! I needed braces as an adult. She did so much unnecessary work on me with these weird "appliances" she put in my mouth. Went to an actual orthodontist after being miserable with what she was attempting to do with my mouth. He was floored and said I needed nothing more than general braces and I'm hear to tell you years later, he was right. My teeth look just fine now and best of all I wasn't miserable and could actually eat! She also claimed i needed multiple "deep cleanings". They were miserable! She literally dug into the gum line with a very sharp instrument and i'm telling you anyones gums would've bled severely after this. Her so called treatment did nothing for me and left me fearing the dentist for quite a while due to the pain she put me through. I've since had the same dentist and he's never claimed i've needed anything more than a normal every 6 month cleaning and i've never left in pain but I will say every time I go to the dentist the thought of this woman haunts me.

Dr. Kardaris has been wonderful. The dentist that I went to for over 15 years retired without much notice. I went to the dentist that took over the practice and was less than impressed. Long story short I didnt go to the dentist for a long while. I started with Dr. Kardaris about a year ago. She takes her time explaining what she is doing and why, makes sure I am comfortable and the hygenist that I had have all been great. I would recommend Dr. Kardaris to anyone. 9/12/2022: I just wanted to add to this review. Dr. Kardaris made a sleep appliance for me for sleep apnea. I have a CPAP but don't wear it as often as I should because of how uncomfortable it is. I was concerned the sleep appliance would not work because I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea but it did and I feel so much better! Thank you Dr. Kardaris!

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Kardaris. I came to her originally in August of 2021, after years of neglect due to dental anxiety. She does a great job making sure the patient is comfortable and understands their treatment plan. One year later and I'm thrilled with the final results! worst dentist ever. She is a con artist. she kept telling me that i need filling here and there, and until this day, i am unable to eat on the side she worked on. I have even consulted another dentist who told me that the work was likely unnecessary. And she has the Odessite to send me a bill!!!!! Please do not waste your time and your teeth with someone who does not respect the oath they took which is no harm!

I have been a patient since 2018, and I have enjoyed the professionalism and attention to detail by Dr. Kadaris and her dynamic team. When I moved from St. Louis, I remained a patient as I was undergoing Invisalign treatment. Dr. Kadaris worked closely with me to ensure that I was able to complete treatments.
