Dr. Neville is a fantastic dentist with an engaging personality that makes his patients comfortable and at ease at the dentist office. My latest experience was exceptional, with Jung as the hygenist doing the work.

I've been going to the Neville's for decades. They're the nicest people and genuinely care about their patients while providing top-notch dental care. I would almost get a cavity just to go see them. LOL. Seriously, you won't find better dentists anywhere.

Dr. Neville(wife)was awesome and I enjoyed my dental experience with her team. Esmeralda did my cleaning and she was awesome as well. I got a cleaning and exam for less than $200. You can't beat that.

Dr. Nick Neville has been my treating dentist for about ten years. He is far more than your typical dentist and has far more credentials than most which gives the benefit of seeing a specialist at the same time. He is the highest caliber. He and his staff are thorough, professional, polite and they really care. Dr. Neville also treats my elderly mother and she is also extremely pleased. There is so much more to say but the short version if you are seeking top notch care, this is the place to go.

Loved the dentist but the b****** at the front of the desk were true harassers! It was very evident throughout my experience there, that money is their first priority! NOT the care of the patient!! I would avoid at all costs!!!

The staff made my visit memorable by their exceptional customer service and knowledge. Ladies were able to squeeze me in for a visit and I had to bring my 3 month old baby to appointment. My baby was getting fussy during my clean and the front desk assisted me and helped me rock my baby and kept him entertained while I finished my cleaning. Their service is unmatched and made my experience amazing.

Dentist and dental techs are great! They do amazing work. The front of house is a different story. They are friendly until you have any difficulty with insurance and you aren't an insured patient anymore. Somehow my dental insurance was unknowingly cancelled before my visit and I asked the receptionist what was the best insurance to look into, and after I found her info to be lacking all of the proper details she never answered my calls again. I left several messages asking her to get back to me so that I could get more info on insurances they accepted and she never responded. My second problem with the receptionist there is that she misquoted me pre procedure on what my insurance would cover. This left me with a large bill owed after paying exactly what was said to be my price with coverage for procedure. And this came months after procedure coming from collection calls made by her. Can't say enough about the actual dental staff, and when I get my insurance back I will be back, but the receptionist will not get the same compliments. I can't give her anything but disgust and warn others of her screw-ups and terrible customer service before they make an appointment here. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about your procedures and know exactly what your insurance will cover because even though she tells you an amount before and after when you pay it, there is a great chance she was wrong and you will owe more!

I have high dental anxiety...when I visited this establishment they actually had to wait for my heart rate to go down...its bad anxiety. However, dr Neville was honest, upfront, careful, and precise. I ended up having to get a crown lengthening performed and he walked me through the procedure and was honest that it may not work (it ended up working great!) but that the procedure wasn't a sure thing. He at no point tried to force me into making a decision and was honest concerning the outcome. My procedure went great and dr Neville kept me informed throughout. Recovery was a breeze. I ended up getting to keep my tooth and did not require further treatment. After all this, my insurance company gave us the run around but dr Neville and his excellent staff worked with me through it all and communicated with my insurance until they paid for the service. I can not recommend this establishment enough! Excellent customer service and care at each stage of the process.

Everyone here was incredibly nice and good at what they do. This was maybe the first doctor's appointment I've ever been to that they were not only on time, but actually got me in about 2 minutes early. They didn't try to have me get a bunch of unnecessary procedures done like some dentists do, they just got done what was needed.

Husband Wife team Dr Nicholas & Dr Helena Neville run a first rate Park Cities dental practice. I have been a client for 15 years and know they have the education and skill to make my smile look good no matter what I throw at it. Dr. Nich did my first crown 9 years ago after a freak jet ski accident and Dr Helena replaced it this week after another (normal at this point) jet ski accident.

Great husband and wife team. Everyone in the practice is so nice. I have a lot of dental office anxiety and they are very patient.
