Horrible. No reason my appointment is at 2 o clock but doesn't even get seen until well after 3. I mind you not, the lobby only has 2 people in it excluding myself.

Great service , doctors and staff very friendly and quick! This is my favorite office, especially because I am terrified of needles. Dr. Jung was very understanding and patient with me. Everyone is always so nice and efficient. I definitely recommend this office.

The lady who was first working on my mouth managed to droop two rubber bands in my mouth and tried yanking out my wires carelessly. Im glad she called someone to do her job for her. But Ann or Anna should not be working on any mouths

Updated... Understaffed & overbooked. Go elsewhere! My dentist is no longer here, and the wait time is ridiculous. My appt was for 11:30 but still not seen at 1pm. Going to look for another dentist office. Bad business not being able to accommodate customers.

Very clean and welcoming office! I had my wisdom teeth removed today and my experience was amazing. Everyone was friendly and the staff was really nice and helpful. Front desk was super helpful and answered all my questions and even assured me everything will be ok after I was super nervous. The Doctor and Staff was very patient with me and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. If anyone is looking for great prices and great customer service contact them and they will help. I want thank the Manager for being able to translate everything to my dad who asked a million questions.

I had an appointment with them for a tooth extraction this past Monday. I was called to the back by a young lady and we had conversed for some time and I asked some questions about the procedure. After she set up everything for the doctor, she left and the doctor came in about two minutes later. Strangely, I never got the doctor's name, he never introduced himself, though, I did ask him how's he's doing today. End of conversation. Now, following the local anthestia, he left the room three times. The second time was the longest, four minutes at the most. I felt very unsafe each time he left. I'm also very nervous and shivering because I was freezing in there. The third time he came back with another doctor. It took about thirty minutes for the tooth extraction. As soon as it was completed, the first doctor left and the second doctor put cotton in my mouth and gave me a bag of things I needed and just walked me right out and that was it. I gave four stars because I felt unsafe at times.

I haven't been to the dentist in a good while. But the staff here are awesome, nurse Cassandra holding my hand when I needed that extra comfort, Dr Tran being gentle and extra comforting, down to the receptionist helping with Billing this is amazing office I am so grateful that there are people out there that still care, if you are a patient like I was scared of the dentist this is a place you would want to be, I can't emphasize how grateful I am for this stuff thank you so much...

Besides the fact that I have to make so many appointments for different things instead of at once this has been the best experience with a dentist I've had in forever. The staff are always nice and helpful and work well with me and my children.

Everyone were always so welcoming. Office is always clean. Assistants are all very polite, friendly and professionals. Knows exactly what are they doing and always willing to help. Doctors are great as well. They are all very gentle and informative while performing any procedures. Kudos to everyone in this office.
