I had an excellent time there compared to other dental offices, I felt like the staff was also very genuine and nice. Would recommend

I've been going to Dr Nesbett for 4 years now. He's by far the best dentist I've ever had. He always takes time to hear my concerns, the technicians are always great. I have my husband and mom are both going here now and they love it. I would recommend this place a thousand times.

My family has been going here since my teenage years. Everything had been fine for me since I never had any problems. It rubbed me the wrong way that he talked so much about himself and his family and not much about my teeth, but I was young and didn't know any better. Flash forward to the past year and a half when, now as an adult, I actually have more serious problems with my mouth. Scheduling appointments is extremely difficult since the hours on the google search are wrong or extremely weird. That, however, I could live with. The truly frustrating aspects of my time spent at this practice where when I had a 2 broken teeth. Each break happened at a separate time. The first was uneventful; appointment, filling, and done. The second time was different. I was really concerned now that another tooth had broken without an incident to cause it. When I went in I asked how this could have happened. I was met with a "these things happen" attitude and he went on to just talk about his new dog and his kids. When he put the filling in it felt off but I thought it was just because I wasn't used to it. After a few weeks the filling fell out completely. The next part where COVID happened and I couldn't get the tooth fixed for awhile wasn't their fault, except that the receptionist told me they would call me when they re opened. They never did, it was only after the nerve in the tooth started to hurt that I called to check. They had been open for at least 2 weeks. They said they would fill the tooth at no extra cost. When I went in for my appointment I explained that the entire side of my mouth where my broken tooth was hurt. He said it would go away with the filling. Once again the filling felt off. I didn't have time to go in again since we were moving 600 miles away. My mouth, jaw, and head hurt so bad at this point that when I finally got a new dentist I have to get a root canal. My new dentist explained everything to me and answered all of my questions, something I never got before from this place. My new dentist was shocked when I told her how he "answered" my concerns. Glad I finally found a good dentist.

My HORRIFIC veneer procedure started right here. Dr. Richard Nesbett PERMANENTLY cemented "porcelain" veneers to my teeth without checking to make sure they fit correctly. Without any regard to what he was doing to my teeth, without any regard what i looked like in the bulky veneers, he just cemented them on, for good! The worst part, the material turned out to be FAKE porcelain. I was devastated!! I spent the next couple weeks going back, crying, asking questions about the material but each time he just kept saying, "they are porcelain". I knew they weren't! Later, it was confirmed by a couple different dentist, "the material was not porcelain, it was artificial". People started saying, "you look like you're wearing someone else's teeth on top of your teeth and a close relative said, "they look like cheap dentures that were made out of a cheap lab. I was so hurt and i felt so betrayed By the time Dr. Nesbett finally agreed to redo them, i had left in search of a dentist who would give me real porcelain veneers and be truthful about it. When i found out it would cost a fortune to get my teeth fixed through a specialist, i went back to Dr. Nesbett and told him to just go ahead and fix them. This was when the front desk told me, "your refund check (that never left his desk) was already signed. I spent the next 18 months searching for dentist who could fix these veneers. After 3 failed attempts at fixing them, there was just too much damage done and my face COLLAPSED! I was a very beautiful girl and this nearly destroyed my life and my families life. It put me in the ER for the state of trauma it put me in. My face is permanently collapsed and plastic surgery won't be able to restore it. Learning what i learned this entire 18 months, this man cheated me out of the material i never got, the wax up i never saw or was even told about and the temporary veneers i never knew about. Dr. Nesbett left me in a bad bind. He knew how serious it could and did get for me. He knew the tremendous pain and suffering it was causing me and my family and he just didn't care. I don't understand what kind of person does that! I don't understand what kind of person permanently cements PLASTIC looking caps on your teeth and tells you it's porcelain. The sad ending to this tragic story, Next month i am scheduled to have all those upper teeth extracted. I am losing my teeth over this because there is nothing left my teeth to crown but the roots.... I lost my face to collapse and now i am losing my teeth! MY STORY WILL BE TOLD.....

Dr Nesbett PERMANENTLY cemented "porcelain" veneers to my teeth without checking to make sure they fit correctly! Without any regard to what he was doing to my natural teeth, without any regard to what I looked like in these bulky veneers, he just cemented them on right over nicotine stains, for good! The worst part the material turned out to be FAKE porcelain. I was DEVASTATED!!! I spent the next couple weeks going back crying, asking questions about the material but each time he kept saying, "they are porcelain". I knew they weren't! Later, it was confirmed by a couple different dentist AND the lab the material was not porcelain, it was "artificial". I left and found another dentist. Unfortunately, I went through 3 failed attempts at fixing those teeth that collapsed my face and jaw! I'm losing my teeth because of this! What I learned from this, I was cheated out of material, a wax up and temp veneers I was never even told about. This man is not honest
