Waited three hours for my appointment, the appointment was at 2 and I was in the chair at 4.Then I was numbed for my procedure and was then left in the room for an hour. There was no chairs in the waiting room. I was burned by a tool and the doctor kept talking during my procedure.

I've been going here for years and now my kids have been going here for over 9yrs now! I love Dr. G, and Maria. They are good at what they do. They listen to you and make you feel like you're at home and make you want to coming back again. I never had a bad experience since I've been coming here. Thanks for all that you do and I mean everyone. You all work as a team!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

They need to be more gentle when administering the novicane, especially to my 12 year old daughter. The Hazlet Family Dental is VERY GOOD at that!! Also, really need to get rid of the masks, PLEASE!!! I don't care what your political Affiliation is. Get rid of the masks!!!! PLEASE!!!!

I like that my waiting time for my appointment is always very short. The dental hygienist is so friendly and through in working in my teeth. It feels like I have brand new teeth when I leave. Best dentistry in Neptune keep up the good work!

I did not have a good experience with this office in regards to scheduling. They called me the day before and told me that my appointment that had been scheduled for 4 weeks needed to be moved because it was scheduled incorrectly. What? Well who scheduled it incorrectly? Because I made it with a member in your office. And I am calling to confirm. The woman I was speaking to about this issue put me on hold and then told me I could still come in at 11am I live 30 minutes away from the office so when I arrived at 11 I was then told by the front receptionist that my appointment was at 12 and that it was always booked got 12. I was very annoyed already but filled out the paperwork and sat and waited. The receptionist the. Called me back to the window, read off my insurance if number for me to write on the paperwork, and the gave me someone else's license and insurance card back. I realized this when I went back to my chair and was putting my cards away. I brought the other persons cards back to the window and the receptionist apologized. I said "wait don't we need to write MY CORRECT insurance info on the paperwork? She said "oh yeh" It is now 12:27 and I am still sitting here. This office has no respect for their patients time or schedule and they are very disorganized. I'll follow up with how the actual appointment.

Office staff very friendly and helpful. Doctor was great and a fair price. Only negative was procedure room not very clean. Looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned in several days. With that said I would go back.

Horrible my appointment was for 4:30 I wasn't seen until almost 6:15 I give no stars for that The doctor stopped multiple times to talk with staff about them leaving or what time they were coming in Very unprofessional while my mouth is open nd drilling Just not a great experience I need a star to post this so this is why it was given one star

The staff is AMAZING, very diligent in their services.I was seen in a matter of 10min and the dentist explained everything thoroughly.
