Dr. Matt Swan is excited to lead the team at Nephi Smiles Family & Pediatric Dentistry! He loves teeth so much he decided to pursue 4 more years of training after dental school. He is a specialist in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics.
He grew up in Cottonwood Heights and attended BYU where he majored in History. After completing dental school in San Francisco, his family moved to Rhode Island for specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry.
He packed up his family of 8 and moved across the country againto Florida this timewhere he pursued specialist training in orthodontic treatment! He is trained in all the latest and greatest orthodontic techniques.
Dr. Swan loves all sports, especially golf and basketball. He is a connoisseur of good music and is a musician himself. He plays the piano, saxophone, guitar, and is learning to play the drums. He loves to settle down with a good book, but rarely finds time because his family finds plenty of great ways to fill up his time! There is nothing he would rather do more than hang out with his wife, 2 boys, and 5 girls.

I thank all the dentists here. They know how to help you heal and teach you how to take care of your teeth at home. The dentists here are not judgmental which is what I need the most right now. Peace and love everyone

It was very fast service and they were very kind. They are always so good with my kids. I have been going to them for awhile now for my kids and I have never had a single thing to complain about. We love it here!

Dr. Swan has a great way with kids as do his staff. His practice is now the only one ill allow my kids to go to and thats not going to change! He is wonderful at making parents feel safe and comfortable with their children's oral care!

Awesome Dentist and staff. They don't get any better than these girls. They are all very friendly and easy to talk to. The dentists are very efficient with their time and we have never had to wait more than a couple minutes.

I had one new filling some and a filling repaired. There was too much of the filling left on the tooth and my bite was hindered. He did ask me to bite down to check this but with how knumb my mouth was I couldn't tell. I live am hour south and so I couldn't just run back in the next day for him to fix it. The dental hygienist that cleaned my son's teeth was not very gentle. He said he wouldnt go back to her. All in all I will probably be switching dentist to someone closer.

This place is amazing the people there are friendly caring and the environment is inviting and the place is all around the BEST dentist I have ever been to I will not go to another dentist place ever again only this one
