Today was my first experience at NEPA and I was very pleased with the entire staff. They were ALL super friendly and professional. I absolutely loved my experience and Jasmine was amazing!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I had a very pleasant experience being a patient of NEPA Dental. The staff made me feel comfortable and everyone was well mannered and professional. The establishment was very clean and the TV's above the patient chairs helped take the edge off. I was recommended by a friend and I will be recommending to my friends. :)

I was taken in for my appointment immediately even though I was 10 minutes early. Service was thorough and the staff, hygienist, and doctor are all friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had an excellent experience since coming to this practice. I had a dental emergency and they got me in in an hour. Doctor is kind and all staff are professional.

Dr. Frusciante has an easy going personality and provides excellent care to his patients. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. The office provides text reminders, before appointments and I find them to be very helpful.

I am like everyone else who does not like to go to the dentist. While I am having a check up everyone makes you feel welcome there Doc. is very knowledgeable and will take his time and answer any questions you have. He will explain everything he is checking on. Happy to be a patient at this office. I

Dr. Eric was wonderful! I had a bad experience in a dental chair when I was younger and had difficulty since. Made the staff aware and they were great about it. I needed a lot of work done, about halfway through I started experiencing little issues and depending on who was working on my teeth, either they'd address it or they'd become shorter and ruder, physically rougher with me. Dr. Eric would drill my tooth/teeth to be filled, the dental tech did my fillings and Dr. Eric would touch up the work. I asked about having the dentist do my fillings and was told that that wasn't possible. My partials were made without seeing how the wax ones would fit. Which left the final product as the only one to try. Surfaces of filled teeth were rough, was told.. "Well, what do you want, we restored a large part of some of your teeth. Just be happy that we were able to do something." Dr. Eric helped fit me for my partials, he would grind down my own teeth as well as my top partials. Can't wear them because they rub and press against my teeth. Front desk staff was pleasant during most of my visits and got mad with me toward the end, when I told her the last payment for my partials would be given once they fit properly. I still can't wear them.

Being a type 1 is a prob in itself. But having 2 teeth problems I can say they def helped me by the time I walked out pain was left and prob taken care of I can always count on Nepa

Giving three stars, not because of the service but because of the prices. It is downright AWFUL and sad that dental places cannot do payment plans, credits, etc. for patients with no health/dental insurance. Even someone as big as Aspen Dental doesn't even charge what this place does for a simple extraction. The staff was very great, very friendly and the dentist was wonderful. Also, the facility was very clean and modern. If only they could develop some way for patients without insurance to still receive dental care, without having to drain their bank accounts, more people would have better dental health which would lead to improved health all around. Also have to add, they were able to do a same day appointment which is very very hard to come by! Overall, it was a great experience & I know it's the corporation that chooses the prices, not the staff.

I wouldn't say "enjoyed" it, LOL, but Dr. Frusciante and staff are awesome. He always puts my dentist phobias from my youth at ease and is a great person AND dentist. Always considerate of the patient.

My experience so far has been nothing but professional and easy. The environment is clean and welcoming and every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant. My hygienist and then the dentist were pleasant and thorough in their explanation of the treatment recommendation. It was nice to be able to see what was being recommended based on being able to see the pictures and x-rays that were taken. If you are looking for a comfortable and professional dental experience than I highly recommend this practice. An added bonus is their adaptation to technology. Being able to schedule my appointment online and receiving reminders via text message was much easier that having to call.

I was very pleased with my experience today at NEPA Dental! I had a toothache since June 24th and was unable to get satisfactory care for it until I called NEPA Dental on Friday, August 5th. They gave me an immediate appointment for Monday, August 8th at 10:40am. I did my paperwork online prior to my appointment, and only had a very short wait in the office before being seen . The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Eric was pleasant and professional. My tooth needed to be extracted. I am grateful to have relief from my problem. I am now on an antibiotic, and have taken Tylenol and applied ice to my cheek. The swelling has gone down, and the pain is minimal in my mouth. I will continue with this dentist and office, and have a follow up appointment on September 9th when I return from vacation.

The most ridiculous thing someone can make you do when you have an emergency is to make an appointment and wait hours before you can see a dentist. I was absolutely annoyed by the dozens of pages unnecessary questions I had to answer. At the end I was given an antibiotic and was sent my way. I'm a little disappointed. Didn't get the help I expected.

I can truly say that my family and I have FINALLY found a family dentist! Both Dr. Eric and staff were absolutely wonderful and professional to us. For once, I am happy that I found a dentistry that's very honest and transparent concerning our oral health. So glad that we no longer have to search and go anywhere else!
