Cant say enough positive things about Dr. Regatti and her practice. Everyone is very nice and professional. You don't feel pressured into any procedure you don't need and everyone is knowledgeable in what they do. I feel like I am under the right hands for the health of my teeth and will continue coming back. If your looking for quality care check this place out!

Dr Shilpa is very efficient and affable .she eased my fear of the dentist chair and I was able to get all procedure done without any hassle. Front desk is very informative and always checks in on you. I specially love Linda and its always great to talk to her whenever i walk in

Have been visiting since 3 years for regular checkups. Good facility and Dr Shilpa is very approachable and transparent and leaves you practical suggestions.

Dentist's ego is too great to take into account individual patient conditions requiring critical thinking beyond the everyday challenges and real time analysis. I was gagging from the water spray from the drill and she literally told me that there is no water in my mouth. I left feeling a little sore on the skin at outside of my mouth and pin-dot chemical sores developed by the end of the evening. Whatever was used to clean either the cavity or during toot cleaning was caustic and not promptly removed. Additionally my cleaning was not finished by the dentist. I do not recommend.

I would like recommend Neo Smiles and especially Dr Regatti. She is really best. My Front tooth got chipped and I do have the fragment with me. She reattached the fragment back to the tooth. Thank you Dr Regatti you are really very good!!!!!!

The staff at neosmiles are some of the nicest ladies at a dentist office I've been too. Dr. Regatti is also very kind and clear when she walks you through and answers your questions. I would come back here again.

Everyone there was incredibly kind. Booking online was very easy and painless. The office was spotless and comfortable. I highly recommend them if you are nearby.

Five star treatment at Neo Smiles Dental. If you want direct no nonsense dental care without all the pomp and circumstance of modern day dental offices then this should be where you get all your treatment done. Make no mistake, Neo Smiles Dental is modern, professional and has standards comparable to any high level dental office in the DMV. What's absent is the feeling that the dentist is in the business of selling you a car or house with great low interest payment plan. If you have been to some dental offices in the area recently you are sure to know what I mean by that. In particular, Dentist Shilpa Reddy Regatti will see to it that your visit will be met with great professionalism and expertise anyone would hold with high regard. Lets be real, who likes going to the dentist anyhow? On that note, its just one of those unavoidable realities we face right? Pay Dentist Regatti and the pro staff at Neo Smiles Dental a visit and you'll be a return customer for sure.

I am so glad I came across Dr Regatti, she did a great job fixing a cavity that was bothering me for over a year! I had no pain during the procedure, her staff was very courteous and caring. Very good experience

Anybody that knows me knows I hate the dentist. Best dentist EVER! I'm quite sure I've found my forever dentist as long as they are there. Even though I was anxious and nervous about my procedure, they made sure I was comfortable and let me know everything each step of the way. That definitely made all of the difference. Very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Everyone is great, Dr. Regatti, her assistant and the receptionist at the front desk.

I had a few different procedures done recently, and everyone involved made me feel comfortable each step of the way. It's apparent Dr. Regatti is a perfectionist, she truly takes her time to do things right. I am pleased with the outcome of my dental work, and will certainly return.

I am an active duty member, and I flew in from overseas (downrange) in search of a dentist for my dependent. She had to get a tooth extraction. Searched Google for different dentist in the area and was shut down, until I came up on Neo Smiles. Wellll.... let me tell y'all... Neo Smiles is the place to be.. They will cater to your every need. Very polite, makes you feel very comfortable. - Linda, the receptionist has exceptional communication skills and very friendly from the time you walk in.. She'll get you set up right away!!! Love how welcoming she is!! - The Dental Techs (can't remember their names) are very polite and patient with their patients. They surely get the job done!!! - Dr. Shilpa is wonderful.. She took care of my mom and this speaks volumes. I believe effective communication is a must.. and she exudes that and more. She cares about her patients... and is direct no sugar coating. They all took great care of my mom and I appreciate them for that. The area is very clean... and they take great pride in the cleanliness of their workspace..There are tv's for the kids.. I think it's firestick . All in all.. I recommend this business to anyone ready willing and able to seek out their services.. Check them.out.. I don't think you'll regret it!!! If necessary and or required I will bring my business here again.. Thanks again!!

I have been a customer in this practice for almost 3 years and I really appreciate the level of professionalism I see there. Dr. Shilpa Regatti is great! She is a really good dentist (I tried many and can compare), she remembers the history of her patients. The office is clean and the entire personnel is very friendly and supporting. Linda who is an administrator, always remembers the schedule of the clients and she is doing an amazing job working with the insurance companies to ensure that we don't overpay. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This dental office is incredible!! Needed a last minute appointment before traveling across the country and Dr. Shilpa was able to fit me in the same day and take care of me. The office was extremely clean and the entire process was seamless, definitely recommend them if you are in the area!
