TERRIBLE billing and customer service! I waited some time before posting this as I really treasure our local small businesses but the experience I had here is horrible. Not only did my insurance not get done properly and I was almost charged much more then I should have been but my previous medical records were never obtained even though I had asked for them to be and checked with them three times. when I told Wendy the office manager we were going else where she was completely unbothered and rude honestly. I have told others to check their bills and EOB statements because of the possible overcharging and YES they were also overcharged! They have lost 8 patients SO FAR over this and it is tragic because the doctor seems great! I hope they can fix this office management!

Dr. Nelson is a very good Dentist. He is honest and open about what is the best option for a tooth that needs some work. He always makes sure you are as comfortable as possible during the procedure. He always makes sure I know ahead of time what the cost will be. We are pleased with his care.

I don't love dentists but the first appointment was very none threatening and no judgement for not having seen a dentist in a while. I enjoyed the staff and the dentist very much.

Was great going to get my teeth cleaned, I enjoyed the whole thing, and this is from a guy that hates and is scared to go to dentists! Over the years I have gone to more than 10 different dentists and there is none better than Dr. Nelson and the folks that work with him.

Dr .Nelson took time to explain what was gonna be done; a safety gesture was given when you were uncomfortable/painful with procedure being done. Finally!!!! A DENTIST who gives you the control when you are sitting in the chair. Dentists have come along way in understanding how stressful and anxious people are when sitting in THAT chair. Kudos to Dr Nelson. Keep up that good work. Y

What a pleasant dental office! It was actually fun and funny to be in the dental chair, I was so comfortable and felt that everything was explained to me in terms that I understood, I highly recommend this office!
