Ive worked in this office for six years, and I love it. In my 26 years of dentistry, this is the best office. Ourdentists are all great. And every single girl in this office is wonderful. They each have their strengths, and together, we just have a fabulous team. We help each other out and cover for each other. I know I can count on everyone in the office to do whatever needs to be done. I feel like we are a real family. Im very excited about all the new dental technology which is going to help us treatyou, our patients, with the care and love that you deserve.

Stellar group of professionals ~!!! Dawn and office staff most welcoming and when I needed emergency work done - they got me in right away and was taken care of - Great ffolks At Nelson Dental and grateful for their work!

Was referred to this dental office by another dentist. Office manager was not helpful and extremely rude when I asked about what was going to be billed. I asked if insurance was covering a procedure and was lied to. If this was the last dentist on Earth, I would probably choose to sip food out of a straw.

I have bad anxiety over going to the dentist and Dr West (may be a nick name...being nervous I can only comprehend so much) and his assistant (horrible with name more so when I am mentally freaking out!) make me feel so comfortable! I have full trust in these two with my dental hygiene and I trust minimal people.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and I was long overdue. I tried Nelson Family Dental because of a recommendation and I'm so glad I did! They made me feel so comfortable and explained things well to me. I'm definitely making them my regular dentist office!

I called in to be a new patient and Dawn helped me get everything figured out and set up. I was having issues with a wisdom tooth and she got an apt. For me that I could be seen in under 48 hours. I ended up finding a different dentist who could see me in under 24. But when I called Dawn back to let her know I was going to go with the other dentist because they could see me sooner she went "that is wonderful! I am so glad someone can help you so quickly and you can be taken care of!" If it wasn't for the urgency of getting in I would come here based off that experience alone. Any dentist/doctor that cares more about the person's well being than the money they would make is the best doctor around. Dawn is amazing! And in 6 months when it's time for a cleaning and it's no longer urgent. I'm coming back to Nelson Family Dental.

I was told today that I had to have a tooth extracted and to say the least, it was devastating! Once Dr.Nelson told me there was no saving of my tooth, I was heartbroken. One of the dental hygienists who took my X-ray, I wish I could remember her name, came up to me and gave me the biggest hug and told me everything was going to be alright! And Dawn, the receptionist, is just the sweetest thing you'll ever meet! The comfort I received, especially hearing tough news, reassuring me that they will take care of me, means the world! My family and I have been going to Nelson Family Dentistry for years and they are top notch! Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of me emotionally and physically today! You guys are AMAZING!

Just had my teeth cleaned this week. This is the best they have ever been cleaned, and the first cleaning I had at this office. The whole staff is friendly and professional. I'm excited for my next visit.
