If this is the case, we will gladly coordinate with your regular dental officetotake care of your dental emergency as soon as possible.

I have had an historical fear of the dentist, & also I seemed to need "a lot of dental work", according to another dentist. I have found both an office that is organized, state of the art, and extremely "pro-active" in the philosophy of saving teeth. The fact that the staff was also very kind and clear, puts this place at 10 stars for me. I have found my dentist and I'm grateful to drive an hour up & an hour back. Thank you all.

Dr Nelson is fantastic! State of the art equipment and personalize service. Very attentive to individual needs. Staff is very professional. I have been going to this dentist for years. Just plain awesome!

Dr. Nelson's dental practice is the most professional practice in the area. Staff is friendly and very attentive and Dr. Nelson is a perfectionist in his trade. Besides, the entire place is so clean that I think that you could actually "eat of the floors"!

This was my first visit to Nelson Dentistry. Wow! What a relief to find an excellent dentist. Everyone was fantastic. The office itself should be featured in a magazine. The office and surrounding dental area provided a relaxing atmosphere and the decor was just beautiful. Leah, my very experienced and wonderful hygienist couldn't have been better. She was incredibly comforting and knowledgeable. Dr. Nelson was superb. He was totally up current with advances in dentistry, explained everything to me very well and could not have been nicer. What a relief! Thank you so much, Nelson Dentistry!

I chipped my front tooth and I needed some bonding done. Dr. Andy Nelson repaired the chip and the color of the bonding matches my tooth perfectly. Dr.Nelson and staff are experts at what they do. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I lost a crown and Dr. Nelson got me in and out with a brand new crown -no getting a temp. then having to go back again! Dentistry has changed over the years and he has the cutting edge knowledge and equipment -and the staff is wonderful too. I highly recommend Nelson Dentistry!

I just had the best experience at Nelson Dentistry. This was my first visit and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the atmosphere was really relaxing and inviting - unlike any dental office I've been to. I was there because I lost a crown and remaining tooth was at the gum line. Dr. Silva was welcoming and made me feel immediately at home. He examined my teeth, discussed what he found and recommended a course of action. He asked for my input and was genuinely interested in what I had to say and answered all my questions. Great experience.

Top quality work and attention has always been my experience with Nelson Dentistry. Just had to have a loose cap tighten. Dr. Nelson removed cap, cleaned the area to make sure there was no collection of particlars that would cause an infection and then replaced cap and tightened it down. Staff very friendly and professional. Thanks everyone!

I can't find one negative thing to say about my first experience at Nelson Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, to sitting in the dentist chair it was all high professionally done on such a friendly, warm and welcoming manor. The front desk staff were great, Dr. Silva I liked immediately. I hit the jackpot.

Saw Dr Siva today for a crown- a one visit crown instead of the usual 6 weeks at other places. He explained everything in detail and was kind and caring. I see Kim for my cleanings - she is great too. Highly recommend everyone there!

My husband and I just moved to Hyannis and found Nelson Dentistry on the internet. We just had our first appointments Dr. Silva and the hygienists for our exams and routine cleanings. From the first phone calls with Debbie and Elsa to very comprehensive exams with Dr. Silva to the most amazing cleanings ever with the hygienists, we are very happy and impressed with our care. Dr. Silva was very thorough, gentle, patient. He explained everything in easy to understand language. He was absolutely wonderful. The hygienists, Deanne and Kim, were welcoming, pleasant, efficient, gentle. They explained everything they were doing as they did it. They offered advice about techniques and tools. We are very happy we found them and recommend them highly.
