This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs. First, be prepared to wait at least an hour after your scheduled time; why schedule appointments if you're not going to honor them? And don't bother checking in with the receptionists, who will only act like you're bothering them. The hygienists will deliberately slice your gums, then claim that your gums are bleeding and your only option to address is a treatment not covered by insurance. Not to mention all the other things the dentist will claim you have that require treatment (and a high insurance payout), but that are miraculously gone in the next visit after not getting that treatment. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Oh and I love how they changed their name on here in an attempt to avoid negative reviews.

This office is one of the best and busiest for a reason dental offices in NY, worth waiting a line and get the professional treatment, especially if you're there for an implants - among other doctors, you wouldn't find any better doc's then Dr.Yuriy !!! Thank you for the best treatment !!! Will definitely recommend and come back again !

This place is RACIST and greedy. I've seen them take white people in first (just by walking in) without question yet even if i (a person of color) have an appointment i have to wait for at least 30 mins past my appointment. The last straw was my experience today. I had been sat on this xray room for the longest time and yet no doctor came in to take care of me. Instead, i got kicked out of the room because "they have to take this other patient's xray really quickly" If you're going to take in walk-in appointments for your white friends, then dont schedule other appointments. UNPROFESSIONAL AND GREEDY Edit: Notice how most of their 5 star reviews are from white people.

This was the worst dental practice in the world. The front desk is rude, unprofessional, and talks to you with an attitude while you are the patient. Will take cash customers before you even if you have an appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The front desk is unbelievably rude. Have me waiting there one hour after my appointment!

-This office is very clean and neat. -Front desk can be a bit tricky at times, but for the most part, most of them are nice and helpful. -The best cleaning Ive gotten ever, its 5 stars plus!! They take their time at doing their job. Making sure to cover your concerns and stuff.

Through all the years that I have been a patient at Rego Park Dental, I had nothing but a great experience. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have always had a great experience and would like to thank Dr. Yuriy Nektalov for his amazing work. Dr. Yuriy goes above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible and truly cares about his patients. I definitely recommend Dr. Yuriy and his office to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Over the years I have visited multiple dentists. But DR Yuriy Nektalov and the his assistant were the best . I had to remove my infected tooth and they made the entire process for me very professional and as well painless. Thank you so much for DR Nektalov for his qualified work and his team that were very welcoming.

I came in for a cleaning a few weeks ago and was pleasantly welcomed with so much care from Dr. Joseph. The wait time was super short and I was in and out of the office within an hour. It was my first visit at this office and I would definitely make this my consistent dental office.

Don't go to this place!!! Horrible Dr nektalov is unprofessional, he's treating his patients especially women like a womanizer, touching them, making them very uncomfortable, also he is prevertive. Horrible experience, the worst one in my life. I told all my female friends not to visit him!!! You'd better ask him how many kids does he have outside of his marriage and where are the poor orphans? He is chasing other women especially trying to prevert vergins. This type of person has no right to work as dentist!!! Disgusting behavior, nasty attitude.

I was recommended to Dr. Yuriy by a friend. I decided to get a consult on implants, took me in within minutes and explained everything to me. I was shocked on how affordable the price was, compared to other office I've been in . He even asked his receptionists to personally call to follow up on how my implants are holding up. Honestly surprised on the bad reviews he receives, literally will be recommending to ALL my friends and family !!!

I absolutely love my dentist!!! Dr Yuriy Nektalov is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor who takes care of my needs and helped get me out of pain quickly. Him and his staff try their best to accommodate. I will be back again for my regular check ups and cleanings!

Where to start, I have a lot to say about this clinic. First of all thanks Dr. Nektalov. He is a good man at heart. And his work is very perfect. ALL the professionals who work there are magicians, the unbeatable fantastic treatment is the best treatment they have given me in my life. They are super attentive and close to the client, it is very noticeable that there is a very good atmosphere and a lot of camaraderie among them because of all that is transmitted to the client. I had gone to another clinic where they removed two wisdom teeth and left me with an incredible infection that they had not seen, so I contacted the Nektalov Yuriy DDS to ask for a second opinion. I explained my situation to them and my pleasant surprise is that they gave me an appointment for the same day when the same in other places they could have refused to treat me because they had gone to another clinic. They worried about me at all times and the attention was very fast, I was very afraid (since in the other clinic they made me feel afraid), because thanks to the treatment they give me and the trust, part of my fear has been removed. They tell you clearly the problem you have with sincerity, therefore you do not feel that they are taking your money. They care a lot about how you are and are always available for anything you need, and they also have several specialists. Without a doubt it is the best Dentist in New York City, I know that I am in very good hands and I will not change them for anything. I recommend it to everybody. They are very tactful when it comes to treating patients, they have a very good atmosphere.
