They keep rescheduling me and my children's appts, the one lady I talked to was rude and tried to argue with me about whether my issues were an emergency or not...had to schedule an non emergency appt which in less than a week of making the appt had already been rescheduled for a full month of waiting! Why make an appt with me if u have no openings and why is mine not being treated as an emergency like it's should be?! I am in pain and can't eat a lot as it makes the pain worse! Every month I call for an appt and get told no openings, now I have an appt but it's being rescheduled?! How is that fair?!

Brandy at Neillsville Dental was so kind and patient while taking my xrays! Dr. Forsell was also very patient with my questions. And Carol took the time to call me back. Thank you, ladies! Tracie Griffith

Great experience. Had a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Had never been to the clinic before (was not previously a patient) and found ALL staff friendly, helpful, and caring. The dentist was informative, skillful, and very thorough. My emergency was resolved and my tooth feels great. I will continue here as a regular patient. Thank you!

I had a horrible experience!I went in for a sore tooth they said that they didn't see anything wrong. They advised I just try different toothpaste..that maybe my teeth were just really sensitive. I continued with horrible toothaches went to a different dentist and I had a huge hole in my wisdom tooth and they pulled it that day! The dentist was extremely rude at that.. save yourself don't go here

Enjoyed my experience here. I had Dr Jenders and my assistant was Heidi. She was super nice. They both were. I had to drive over an hour to get here because we are so booked everywhere around me and I was glad I got in here. The Chippewa center isn't as friendly, personable and accommodating. I was explained my treatment plan and recommendations very well, and had all my questions answered. I don't feel like I dread coming to the dentist now. Who's poking and pulling at me matters to me and I like to be around enjoyable people and they were both great!

Not sure about all the negetive reviews, as my experience with the dentist i have Dr Jenders,is and has been from day 1 Very good. And all of the nice folks assisting him with the work are wonderful as well. Tooth work is awful in it self. Don't let all the 1 Star reviews convince you to go elsewhere.IMO out of the 5 different dental locations. This place is got my vote.no judgementel feelings if your self conscious of your dental condition, and they are very reasonable with rescheduling.

My husband came in with a vertical crack in a molar that needed to be extracted. A dentist worked on the extraction for two and a half hours before calling in an oral surgeon to assist. Seven weeks later my husband is still in pain and his jawbone is exposed.

I would highly recommend NEVER going to this dentist office ever if you value your overall health and well-being, not just even your oral health. In February of 2019 I scheduled an appointment as a new patient due to a baby tooth having severe pain when biting down. After an examination of the tooth it was decided that it needed to be removed. It wasn't the ideal situation but baby teeth usually don't last a patient's entire life. The extraction went well enough, but after a week of severe pain in my jaw, swelling of the entire side of the mouth and lymph nodes in the throat, and a development of several sores that looked similar to canker sores, I called to have an emergency checkup. The dentist who did the extraction, Dr. Jenders, told me that my pain essentially didn't exisit, that I wasn't swollen, that the sores were nothing more that canker sores, and that I was healing just fine and treated me like I was a child overreacting and imaging my pain. Less than 12 hours later an infected abscess that had developed behind the novacaine injection site burst spreading infection all over my body. During that emergency checkup I had questioned whether or not an infection had developed and was told absolutely not, it was just canker sores, and was refused a prescription for antibiotics. When I called immediately at open the following day after the rupture to tell Dr. Jenders that an infected abscess had burst and I needed antibiotics, I was told that I wasn't diagnosed with an infected abscess and they again refused to give me a prescription for antibiotics. I could not believe their refusal to treat or even review their initial findings so I contacted a Doctor in Black River Falls, and I was immediately called into the clinic to receive antibiotics on the spot due to the severity of what may happen when an infection spreads that quickly after a rupture. Every nurse, doctor, dentist and pharmacist that has heard this story has been blown away by this Dentist's inability to both diagnosis and treat something that can happen so easily after a tooth extraction. An infected abscess should have been easily diagnoised and even if there was the slightest possibility of an infection spotted during the emergency checkup or just as a safety precaution antibiotics should have been prescribed immediately, not some over priced mouthwash. Many medical professionals have even recommended filing a malpractice suit against this clinic for such an egregious error on their part. Please do not go here for treatment!

The assistants are extremely rude and don't listen to a word you have to say. They were more worried about their response before you can even finish the sentence. I guess thanks for pulling my tooth but I didn't appreciate the way I was treated afterwards.

Plenty of room. Nice people/friendly. Nice place to get work done, and bring your kids. Too many people to get pictures of the in side.
