All I did was call and ask questions about new patients and the type of insurance that's accepted. And honey she went on to start saying they closed early so I would need to call back tomorrow. So I mentioned how I just needed those two questions answered so I wouldn't be wasting my time calling again. And then she went on to say how I was wasting her time!! The nerve!! Very unprofessional!! If you closed early and didn't want to help me why answer the phone in the first place!!

This was my first time taking my two year old to the dentist. and the experience was horrible. She was very rude. I placed my purse on the counter and my phone rung. She proceeded to tell me we cant put electronics on the counter that their equipment is very expensive and went on explaining how much they pay for each equipment. Then I call multiple time to get form 3300 so I can get my oldest daughter enrolled in school but they said I should have made of copy that they can not provide it. My daughters bottom teeth are taking along time to grow back so she took Xrays. I asked her what could be the cause of them not growing back and she just said I don't know we will let you know when you come back in 3 months. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! The service is horrible.

I had a very deplorable experience here today. Dr Kamdar is old and eccentric but that is fine. I don't mind. But she can be excessively rude and bossy. She screamed at my special needs son when flossing his teeth because she thought he was about to close his mouth. She barely flossed and cleaned his teeth , her hygienist wasn't there ( who is very competent by the way). Also there are negative vibes in the whole practice. The front staff is also very rude and edgy. It's quite a toxic environment. Be mentally prepared if you go.

Horrible place. The doctor is so unprofessional and rude. First time coming here with my 1 year old and left before seeing the doctor due to the doctor being very rude to the front desk lady and rude to all of the patients. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! It's horrible and soooo dirty. I am not sure how is even open.

They rescheduled our appointment and never called to give an update on the new appointment date. Now, we can't schedule an appointment due to missing our last appointment and now we have a due balance of $50. I'm not paying for your own fault. Thanks and good bye

I'm sorry to say but it's time for the dentist to retire. Although I don't believe she meant to be rude, she was. She doesn't want to hear questions and she talked to me like I was a child. Also, I had to measure and weigh my own children. That was their job. The dentist kept interrupting the girl cleaning my kids teeth..while she was doing it. They literally said they like to save trees, therefore, they gave me one form for both kids. . The girl who cleaned their teeth was the only professional person there. I'm desperate for a dentist who takes medicaid but not THAT desperate. I will not be going back. Not that it would help if I did, they are super slow. The dds kept "losing her train of thought". I felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight zone.

This place was the worst dentist I have ever encountered!! I was told when my 6 YEAR OLD had to get his cavity fixed that I could not be in the room for supervision and for him to be comfortable the dentist ( older foreign lady) told me I could not be in the room whole she is doing service I'm like umm I'm sorry but I will be staying in the room because again he is 6. She goes on to say I can't work like that and I've been doing this for 17 years ok that is all fine but before visiting here I checked the reviews on Google and the only reason I took him was because availability anywhere else was very long waits. With that being said she kept telling me either I leave the room or we both can leave without service so that's just what we did left without service because I refuse to let my 6 YEAR OLD be worked on without my supervision this was not surgery or anything major only filling a cavity so I'm not understanding why it was handled the way it was this place from the door to the back is very UNPROFESSIONAL the office is dirty and I found dead spiders and other things under equipment in the room where we were so before you worry about telling a parent they can't supervise what your doing to they minor child take time to disinfect your office and get some pest control.

Horrible. The person who cleaned my teeth was rough, sarcastic and unprofessional. Left dental floss between my teeth. Worst experience ever in my life. I would not refer anyone to go there.

The staff is friendly and works well with kiddos who struggle with the sounds, smells and tastes at the dentist. The Dr is so friendly and chats with the kiddos to help them feel at ease.

I'm satisfied with the service my daughter received. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. Overall, the the environment was pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone in search of a dentist.

This place is so underrated, I've been coming here for almost five years now and I don't think that I'll ever change this, the dentist is a sweet lady and she makes you feel at home, and she very knowledgeable and good at her profession. She also have a great staff, ask for Darrell, he does an amazing job cleaning your teeth and he's also very personable, kind and gentle. Location is very clean and it has various air filtering machines through out the dental office, so I felt pretty good about being there. I was able to have my children teeth and my teeth cleaned the same day!

my mom came here after her original dentist changed the insurence. This place is the weirdest and akward/awful denistry i've ever seen. The older docter has a problem with everything and literally yelled at me for taking tissue paper... and didnt even let me sit on the chair when my mom was getting her tooth extracted and put me in the hallway..she just makes people so uncomfortable. me and mom literally dyed laughing/crying in that little room where they do paper work bc it was the weirdest expereince and she came in and said "if you see us without masks, dont worry we have air conditioning"????? okay??? and then the other dentist came to give my mom an extraction, we had to remind them multiple times to give my mom numbing gel and didnt even give it time to settle in and automatically gave her a shot and immedietly started working without giving the shot to settle in, after almost 35 minutes of her doing god knows what, she couldnt get the the tooth out as if it was her first time pulling a tooth out, leaving my mom swollen and all cut up. The worst thing was that the lady working with her dropped the suction multiple times and it was on the floor sliding and she would pick it up and put it back in her mouth. we decided we were just gonna go to our old dentist and just pay cash as long as it means we never have to come back here.
