Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Haven't like the dentist for YEARS - I'm paying the price for that now - this office is WONDERFUL - The staff is always smiling, happy to help with all dental needs and always finds a spot to fit an emergency. Dr. Mond always takes the time to give you all of your options and explains the steps that need to be taken. Cleanings are thorough and mostly pain free - wish I had found them sooner!

It was so easy to get an appointment. They actually try to accommodate you. I went in for. X-rays and a cleaning. The hygienist was very nice. She took her time with the cleaning, did it correctly. Made sure I wasn't in any pain. Once finish I met the Dentist Dr, Mond we exchanged a few words. He was very nice. They were all very nice at this office. I would highly recommend. I'm not one that likes going to the dentist.

I have used this dentist. He does all root canals and when asked when he is going to put in the Post and Crowns his staff responds " Have to finish all the root canals first and if you have insurance left after they are all done the we will then do your posts and crowns if there is no money left in your allowed amount then you will have to pay out of pockets. This time period has been over a several weeks in between visits it is not good to leave a already exposed root canal open for over 2 weeks, I have had several root canals done without posts and crowns exhausting my insurance so I would have to wait till the following year for it to be renewed Now I have lost two teeth due to this. I went back to the office after my last root canal which was 2 weeks later thinking that I was going to receive my crown but instead was told that no u still have 3 more root canals to do. Be careful because you may just need a simple filling for a Cavity and he will just do a root canal because it costs more to do. But they never finish the job. If there was less starts to give this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Very shady go to a other dentist stay away from here.

Had severe pain due to a cracked wisdom tooth and my dentist couldn't do anything to help for 2 days as far as extraction! Neighborhood dental got me in immediately and took care of me letting me know what was going on the whole time! Dr Inessa Safarov was amazing as well as her assistant and everyone in the office!

Went today with my 10 year old, check up and cleaning, best dental experience I have EVER had. Linda, oh Linda, the absolute best. The cleaning didn't hurt, the compassion and concern was sincere. They took amazing care of my son (although he is a regular at the dentist even he had to admit it was a "different" experience. Dr Mond is awesome - we even swapped vegan recipes.

After having suffered an injury that caused 2 of my front teeth to require root canal and replacement crowns during the height of the pandemic my regular dental provider would not see me even though it was an emergency. I am so grateful to the staff and Dr.Safarov at Neighborhood dental for taking care of me during a traumatizing time. Their professionalism shows in everything they do and they gave me gentle and caring treatment in a clean, sterile environment that my regular provider lacks. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. The small staff makes you feel like they really do care about the service they provide which, again my usual dental office does not. I would gladly pay out of pocket again until i can have my insurance switched over to them because it was truly a pleasant experience. I can hardly believe i said that about dental work but it's true!!!

Do yourselves a big favor.....don't ever go to Greg Mond Dentist in Mastic Beach. He tries to bill fraudulent claims and let's patients walk around with cracked teeth and doesn't fix them. I don't typically post things like this, but I had to. Steer clear. Second, even third rate care the whole way. Does not care about patients. I know of at least 3 people he has done this to. Really sad someone would try to take advantage of the population in this town.

Recommended by my mother.. They are great with kids!! I recently brought my son for a cleaning and x Ray's, everyone was super friendly, made my son and I feel comfortable plus they did a good job!! I definitely would recommend and best believe I'm returning but this time for my own teeth!
