Not only is Dr. Bens personal experience with orthodontic work extensive, its in his blood! His seven greats back grandpa, Alexander Neibaur, was the first dentist in Utah. He settled in Salt Lake City and began helping those in the community to perfect their smiles. He was even responsible for the famous wooden dentures worn by Brigham Young. In the past seven generations, dentistry and orthodontics have come a long way! Now, Dr. Ben uses the most advanced technologies to make your orthodontic work faster and more comfortable than ever. Our StoryDr. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Holly and their seven boys. They enjoy the great outdoors, travelling, and chasing their boys around to all of their sporting events. Dr. Ben and Holly are passionate about education and enjoy supporting students and being active in their local schools. They enjoy hosting big family events in their home. The More, The Merrier is almost as fitting a slogan as the one that hangs in their basement which reads; Some call it chaos, we call it family.

We have loved our experience here so far! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr Ben is pretty cool. And we will definitely continue coming here for all of our orthodontic needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Neibaur Orthodontics a little less than 3 years ago and got my braces. I was told that I would have to have them for 2 years at the most! It took 2 1/2 years for me to get them off! And not only that! They took my braces off prematurely and now I have to get my top braces back on... I would not ever remcomed...

We have loved our experience at Neibaur. From the consult, to braces on, to braces off, it's been smooth and easy. I have loved the staff in Kamas and Draper! They were very cautious to prescribe phase 1 braces, which I appreciated. However for our case they were a good choice, and I've loved being able to take care of alignment issues to make future orthodontics easier. My son just got his phase 1 braces off; he was in them for 11 months. One thing I loved about Neibaur aside from the hands-on staff was how clear their financing was and how they apply anything paid on phase 1 toward the total price for future care. I also appreciated their staff helping with some emergency issues several times after hours or when the team was not in Kamas.

No recommendations from me! I did NOT want to write this review but we have had the WORST experience ever with this place! Staff is not adequate to work on peoples teeth, the office makes excuses for their staff by blaming the patient for broken brackets instead of trying to find out what the real problem is. Then to make matters worse we left in December of 2017 and as of today August 28, 2018 the office manager refuses to send in a simple paragraph to my insurance co. telling them that services stopped in December of last year! WHY? I am reporting them to Utah Dental Assoc and Utah dept of Ins. as being fraudulent taking money that should be to the new Orthodontist! SAD! Be wise if you live in Kamas and drive to Salt Lake or PC for your needs.

Dr. Ben is awesome and the staff is great! We love their reward program and they always have iPads in the waiting room that the kids love. The offices are very kid friendly and clean. Thanks!

Great overall experience! Easy appointment times, rewards program that the kids loved. Easy no interest payment plans and simple auto pay from our HSA. Better price structure than any other Ortho we looked at. They were nice enough to come to our local office for monthly appointments. The whole family had a great time at the annual patient appreciation party. Most important straight and beautiful looking teeth!! Thanks Dr. Ben and his great staff!
