Not only is Dr. Bens personal experience with orthodontic work extensive, its in his blood! His seven greats back grandpa, Alexander Neibaur, was the first dentist in Utah. He settled in Salt Lake City and began helping those in the community to perfect their smiles. He was even responsible for the famous wooden dentures worn by Brigham Young. Our StoryDr. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Holly and their seven boys. They enjoy the great outdoors, travelling, and chasing their boys around to all of their sporting events. Dr. Ben and Holly are passionate about education and enjoy supporting students and being active in their local schools. They enjoy hosting big family events in their home. The More, The Merrier is almost as fitting a slogan as the one that hangs in their basement which reads; Some call it chaos, we call it family.

We've had a great experience working with Neibaur orthodontics. Dr. Ben is wonderful at helping my son feel calm and welcome at his appointments. We have also appreciated Dr. Ben's more patient/conservative approach than other Dr.s we had visited.

I recently entered the world of Orthodontics for my family. I made several consults with different offices to find the right fit for my kid and myself, since we will be here for several years. Most appointments I felt as if we were just another number and patient, technically we are, but Neibaur Family Orthodontics blew us away. They went above and beyond with a tour and break down of treatment and cost. Dr. Neibaur was the most conservative of all the consults. This seems to be their standard. All the staff are so supportive and the office is beautiful. I'm glad I was referred here.

I am so glad we chose this orthodontist for my son. He was so nervous and Dr. Ben was amazing and talked to him and explained what the plan was for helping my son achieve his perfect smile. Other orthodontist we went to for consultations only talked to me. Dr. Ben is amazing as well as the rest of his team. My son especially loves Josh one of the assistants and they are always so good to him to help make sure he can have Josh as his assistant for his appointments. We really appreciate the whole team at Neibaur Family Orthodontist!

Today I took my 4th son to get braces. All have been to Neibaur orthodontics in Draper. Their staff is Amazing and take care of everything for you.. appointment reminders, payment plans and most of all make it fun for the kids to go get their braces on. Dr Ben is wonderful and has created a great family practice environment. Not dreading going for one more year!

So, yes, we only live a few blocks away.... It took me a while to post this, but I wanted to share our family's great experience with the Neibaur Family Orthodontics. He was recommended by our dentist by the old school in Draper. I've been working in the education system locally, so I recognize the family as one of the local 'staples'! The location is excellent, although if you go hungry, the smell of pizza in the hood could be distracting! I really enjoyed the tasteful and calming interior design full of Lady Neibaur's fingerprints. It seems like we did not have a lot of 1:1 with the doc, since we had no complicated issues. Payment plan was great, and in pre-covid era I enjoyed the open floorplan chairs, where you could se and hear as the other patients were making their all important color choices! Overall, we spent the most time with the 'top-notch' assistants. I remember Ben R. providing outstanding service in multiple languages ;-), sorry for not remembering the the most outstanding lady assistants' names! Follow-ups, swags were also great!

Neibaur Family Orthodontics is great, they made getting braces a great experience. Their customer service is amazing. Dr. Neibaur is awesome he is very nice and gentle on the kids mouth's. They have a fun point system for kids to earn prizes which makes the whole experience more fun for them. Highly recommend!

Tried to schedule a time to go in and they wanted to wait 2 weeks and their doctor apparently only is there a fee days a week. Go somewhere else.

Neibaur Family Orthodontics is very family friendly. Doctor Ben is really helpful and cares about his patients. Whenever you have any problems they just fit you right in and fix them right away. Their receptionists are very helpful as well and are very nice. Overall Neibaur Family Orthodontics is the best.
