Dr. Preet and her team were amazing with all my dental needs. I am so happy with all the work I've had done on my teeth. I had Invisalign and my teeth look better than I had imagined!! The team was very attentive to questions and concerns I had along the year long journey. I later had four crowns put on my four front teeth. Very scary, but I decided to get it done. I was not happy with the first two attempts with the crowns but Dr. Preet assured me that she would not give up until I was happy. She kept her word by making sure the final teeth were well fitted and looked natural. Kudos to her and her team!!

I really enjoy this dental office, it is always so clean and the front desk staff are always so friendly and informative. Even through COVID, check in was super easy and simple. The front desk was very attentive and got me checked in immediately upon arriving. I also really LOVED my hygienist today. I believe her name was Sandra. She was so thorough in my examination, and cleaning. Such a sweetheart she was, so friendly and very personable. Such a lovely lady and made the experience great, as usual.

Four stars for office cleanliness and overall staff friendliness. Ever since Dr. Rodriguez left the wait times at this office are longer; you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes after your appointment time to actually be seen. As far as care received goes, it's average; not better or worse than any other dentist office I've been to. Making an appointment is relatively easy to do over the phone.

My entire family has been going to NDC for sometime. Although it is a drive from MD, they are the ones we trust for our dental needs. I highly recommend the entire NDC team.

This office is amazing! I was mixed up with another office and they graciously took me in and got me set up so I wouldn't have to drive to another location at a later late. I was sooo thankful for everyone who was so kind and patient throughout the mix up.

I have been going to this dentist for years and barely had any problems. However, in the past few years this practice has been shady regarding billing. They always tell me at the end of each appointment that I have no co pay and then 1-2 months later, they send me a bill in the mail from a recent dentist appointment. Sometimes there's no description on what the bill is for and to just simply pay it. Or, they don't work out of the bill with my insurance before sending me a bill. Also, they can be very expensive for certain services. After going to this dentist for the last 12 years, it's time to switch.

Thank you very much, Dr. Preet, and the amazing team for taking good care of me. My hygienist, Tony was incredible and she was very sweet and took really good care. Thank you, Neibauer Dental Care for an amazing experience. Highly recommend this place.

I was referred to Neibaur by a neighbor because I had a filling come out and I was looking for an appointment ASAP. The staff at Dale City were wonderful! I spoke with Dixie, who got me an appointment the next day. I appreciate how easy the new patient process was and how accomodating they were (and continue to be) with scheduling appointments. They also send appointment reminders early and often via text, email, and phone. Upon arrival, the staff continue to be excellent. I also saw that they work together as a team. They seem to get along like a family and when they work together, it seems to allow them to spend good time with patients and be in good spirits. When I was there, the team was led by Dr. Preet Ashkatala. Dr. Preet is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manor. She explains everything well, provides opportinity for me to ask questions and is cautious to not movr forward with treatment plans unless I am fully on board. The other staff replicate this model. Also, if they dont have an answer to a question (e.g., cost of a procedure or product) they go find out right then and then come back to discuss further. The dent hygenist, Tony, is phenomenal. She explains what she is doing during an exam, provides, tips, never makes me feel bad about any issues, but provides support. Lastly, I appreciate how they have new technology at the office to provide the best patient care. There are other dentists closer to my home, but I drive 40 min to go here. I cant say enough about how I appreciate, and highly recommend this practice.

This is not my dentist and I regret it. I went here on 7/8/22 for the first and last time because I was in intense pain and my regular dentist wasn't available. The doctor didn't even look in my mouth and said my bite is off so I must need Invisalign to correct the jaw pain. She didn't care at all. She was cold and didn't understand the severity of the pain I was in. I told her nobody has said i needed Invisalign before and she said "maybe they don't have it." Yeah, no. That incompetent statement made me want to run out. Also, her staff was shouting back and forth about their schedules while I'm sitting in the chair. Not invested in my emergency at all. How is this place reputable?! They took the opportunity to make money consulting me for Invisalign instead of finding the source of the pain. I paid $80 for the consultation scan. Waste of time and money. They sent me home in extreme pain. I went to my regular dentist the next morning. They immediately found a crack just looking at the area. They did an x-ray and could see a damaged tooth was causing the nerve to be affected due to inflammation. They gave me penicillin and pain meds and I am now just starting to ease the pain days later. Could've been sooner if not for this awful experience. I hope Niebauer doesn't treat their regular patients this way and only wanted to take advantage of me during my emergency. They ignored or overlooked a serious, and common diagnosis and all for greed!!. I have never seen such negligence come from medical "professionals." I will be contacting better business bureau also.
