1. If you have a very good dental insurance, please go somewhere,there are so so many great dentist around Waldorf. 2. IF your dental insurance is ok, please Be Careful: they would have hidden fee and they would overcharge you. 3. How this dentist make money: a) Persuade you do some extra exam,like cancer scan and so on... b) Under the regular service,there are so many hidden fee... c) Overcharge. d) Treat teeth washing as Pipeline work,report insurance company as Imperial Service. e) Change your appointment whenever they have time. f) They would do some treatment without your knowing. They make money like these not only these,apparently more than these. Let's get start my story: I went there on SEP. 26, I gave them my insurance card and said: my famyly only need twice free teeth washing every year. they checked my insurance is in their network, and promised teeth washing is free under my insurance policy. They scheduled my wife teeth washing right away that afternoon and my kids and me the next day. One month later I received a bill amount $1310.00,my insurance take care $859.00, I need pay $451.00, I go there to double check with them, they adjust the bill as $241.00, I paid it already. How I know they make money like a).b).c)..... like that, Because they adjust the bill, that admit: they just care about the money,whatever the customer money or insurance money,but to me, the problem is: They checked my insurance in their net work. They Promised regular teeth washing is free under my insurance policy. They did 8 teeth Sealant for my daughter without let us know(My daughter told me They were definitely lying.They did not do anything except washing) But, They still charged me, even I tried to explain I used my insurance card almost ten years,I move from Rockville to Glen Burnie to Crofton, so many dentist only here is different. Because they are liar and cheater.

Great atmosphere in the office. Staff are very friendly and polite. Office is clean and bright. Not a long wait before you're seen. They're awesome at helping you resolve issues with your teeth.

Had a pain of 10 of 10 they refused to help but took xray knew I was in pain then said cant do anything blood pressure to high (cause of pain I said) but still charged me 144$ to do nothing. I recommend find another doctor they were never up front with me .

I love going to Neibauer Dental Care. Not only do they have great doctors but they have an awesome staff. There are also great with children.

worst dental experience ever had they wer all about taking your money charges way higher than average dentist i was charge 3500 to a cap on front tooth they bill my insurance and bill me for same amount they got paid twice been trying to reach them no return phone calls cannon clear it up and learn they ruin my credit advise to other clients be ware of high charges hope no one ever experience what i did terrible service

Val in the Waldorf office is the best dental hygienists in the world. She makes you feel comfortable and is very gentle while working in your mouth. It could be scary but not with Val.
