Dr. Vinayak Patil attended St. Paul's High School in India and completed his Dentistry at KLE Dental College Belgaum, India. After finishing Dental school he traveled to the United Kingdom to complete a fellowship training in Oral and Maxillofacial specialty and finished his dental surgery exams at the Royal College of Surgeons in England. During his tenure in England Dr. Patil developed tremendous skills in oral surgery and medically compromised patients. Dr. Patil worked in the UK for 6.5 years.
Dr. Patil continued to develop his skills in Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Implantology and Advanced General dentistry, during his 2 year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Patil developed proficient skills in all aspects of General dentistry and during his residency he was awarded 'The Harry W.F Dressel, Jr. Award Of Clinical Excellence In General Dentistry and Concept of total patient care.
Dr. Georgia Weld received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery Degree from the Federal University of Ceara (Brazil) in 2003. She later completed a Masters Degree Program in Operative Dentistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. In addition, Dr. Weld continued her specialty education through an intensive three-year postgraduate training in Prosthodontics at the University of Connecticut. Prosthodontics is one of nine specialties recognized by the American Dental Association and focuses on replacement of damaged teeth with restorative procedures such as crowns, bridges, implants and dentures. Dr. Weld is board-certified and truly enjoys all aspects of dentistry and the focus of her career has been working with esthetic and reconstructive dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Weld enjoys watching movies, working out, and traveling. She lives in Stafford with her husband and daughters.
She enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking and camping. She has a vinyl record collection, and loves to watch live music, especially jazz. She also enjoys traveling, going to flea markets and visiting national parks.

The staff and dentist did a great job with breaking down the dental procedures and making me comfortable because I was very overwhelmed with what was happening. They took their time to talk me through literally everything and even helped make a plan around what I could afford. Normally going to the dentist just makes me not want to go again because I'm just handed a paper and expected to just go with what is happening.. but I felt taken care of.. Even the front desk staff was very encouraging and helpful with providing the information I needed to feel like I can get myself back on track with my oral health. Glad I ended up going to this office.

Finally got talked into getting a mouth guard was told 3 weeks to get it in. Confirm my appointment to pickup the day before and took time off to come in. When the day comes to pickup am told there was a mix up and the guard was never even order though I paid in full. Now told the date it will be ready is unknown. Exact reason why I resisted getting a guard or invisalign. Poor communication and bad service, only care about numbers here not your health.

Truly a great customer service experience every time I call or visit the office. All staff has been welcoming and helpful. The care is quality and really makes me feel confident in my choice for dental care. They take the time to explain everything and go over options that are not a "one size fits all" experience.

The Dental Technician, Dental Hygienist and Front Desk personnel has excellent customer rapport with their customers. The Dental Hygienist discusses everything so that you have a clear understanding on what is going on with your teeth and gums.

My 6mo cleaning was done by a wonderful dental hygienist. She was thorough and pleasant. Dr. Weld, who I like very much, came over to do final check. It was a positive experience.

The staff is awesome! I took my two boys! We all got in at the same time even though I had three appointments. It went real quick! And the staff was great with the boys and I. No concerns at all! See you in 6 months

I do not recommend neibauer in garrisonville,va. very rude staff and doctors ( SOME STAFF CALLED A PATIENT RUDE NAME ).every time someone goes there for a simple filling , doctors push for what they called route canal to they can make money, definitely no recommend to anyone going there.
