My mission in dentistry is to provide the highest-quality dental care possible to each patient by always putting their needs first and treating them with honesty, empathy, and respect. I am a strong advocate for oral health care awareness, and I take the time to educate my patients on the importance of practicing and maintaining good dental hygiene habits.
Dr. Williams successfully completed her General Practice Residency at Howard University Hospital, where she received advanced training in a variety of technologies, procedures, and materials in dentistry. Dr. Williams has also completed continuing education through Victor L. Hancock, DDS, Symposium 5. She is an active member of the American Dental Association.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys reading, volunteering with local animal shelters, and spending time with friends and family. A Maryland native, she continues to explore what the DMV has to offer - including hiking and cycling.

Today, my experience wasn't as usual. My sons appointment was an hour behind and there was lack of communication. Also, my son the patient wasn't given a take home bag which usually includes a toothbrush, etc

Hands Down this is the WORST DENTISTS OFFICE In The Town Of LaPlata they put a crown on one of my teeth back in March of 2022 it fell off with in two weeks of me having it on I went back and had it put back on now it's October of 2022 and they won't put it back on. This is very disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion I would never go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone and after this I am pull both of my kids from this office and we will be finding a new one.

As a local Southern Marylander the experience was. 1:There was no group of people waiting in the waiting room to be seen everyone was being taken care of. 2: The overall energy was delightful and welcoming. 3: There was no long process for new patients as it could be done online in advance. 4: They offered extra services to make you knew everything that interest free is to offer and or willing to help you with your needs. 5: The turnaround time for appointments was outstanding.

Been coming here for years! Dr Kim always goes above and beyond to make sure the patient is comfortable, and everyone you interact with in reception or when getting cleanings is always pleasant.

I called for an appointment and was given on in the evening. I asked to be called if something opened up earlier.The receptionist called me back and i was able to get in sooner.The staff and dentist were excellent . I will be going back to get a cleaning done there.

Neibauer in La Plata is the greatest!!! They get you in and thy get you out in a very timely manner. The staff is very professional and the work they do is flawless. They really deserve 5 Stars.

Very great! Very detailed, makes you feel very welcomed. Amber and Ashley very kind and polite. Walked me through all the steps. Dr. Kim very accommodating and friendly. Definitely knows what needs to be done and will work with you to make the best payment plan!
