I saw Carmen for a cleaning and found her absolutely delightful--professional--gentle!--and caring. I'm very pleased to recommend the practice: everyone there seems very nice! Update 09/12/2022--The people I have come to trust, and in whom I have faith (Dr. Darar, Samantha, and Carmen) are all leaving or have left. The dentist replacing Dr. Darar is straight out of dental school. I withdraw my recommendation.

Unfortunately this establishment has changed over the past 3 years. There has been a lot of turn over and sadly their new staff is not qualified. They require payment in advance, then make you wait for insurance reimbursement. Our family moved to a different practice.

Neibauer Dental is hard to explain.....why because they are that good. Very welcoming OMG they focus completely on your concerns/issues and give you a accurate treatment plan with visual break down on the next steps. There is more greatness when it comes down to Neibauer Dental.

I came to this location seeking Invisalign treatment. I had seen a local orthodontist that wanted to charge me a ridiculous price and wear the aligners for two years! So obviously I wanted second opinion. Upon entering the office I was greeted with many friendly faces! Everyone that works here seems to really enjoy their jobs, so it makes the whole vibe of the office enjoyable for patients (which is important because who likes to go to the dentist?!). Dr. Hardeep Darar is so nice, professional and down-to-earth. She got me started right away with the scan so I could begin treatment my Invisalign immediately. Megan, who is so cheery and pleasant, got me all checked out and offered me an amazing price-thousands below the ortho office I saw originally! Nicole, one of the dental hygienists, just did my check in and I really liked her as well (I can't remember the hygienist's name from the first time but she was great too). What I like is all these amazing ladies understand that they are in your mouth and are so careful and diligent. That is hard to find in my experience. Even at my recent cleaning (with Dara who was amazing!) was fantastic. I always feel like I'm in great hands here. Thank you everyone at Neibauer, and I highly recommend this clean and patient-first office.

The dental assistant and doctor that I saw today were great. I was very anxious and they were so patient and reassuring. I felt cared for as a person and extremely pleased with the quality of work.

I went in for a routine cleaning which is covered by my dental insurance. While I was there they told me they were going to do a 3d scan of my teeth. I didn't request this service and they didn't bother to mention anything about this possibly not being covered by my insurance, if they had I would have denied the service immediately. Of course they send me a bill for $160 a couple of weeks later for the 3d scans I never asked for or wanted. There was a total lack of transparency about the services being provided which doesn't give me confidence in their services in general. They are just trying to squeeze their patients for every dollar they can in a less than forthright manner. I definitely won't be going back to this location again.

I went to dentist for a crown. The first time I went to get the permanent crown installed it didn't fit properly. Instead of expediting the new mold it took almost twice as long to get the crown made. After almost a month of having a temporary in, they were able to sometimes the permanent crown. 24-hours later the permanent crown came off. Scheduled an emergency appointment and I was back to a temporary crown for another two weeks. So far the new permanent crown has stayed in place. Fingers crossed.

I love this Dental Practice! They are so professional, gentle and informative. Kudos to my Hygienist Carmen, and Dr Kaara, and the front desk staff. I use to hate going to the dentist (because of bad experiences), now I look forward to it, thank you so much!
