THE WORSE DENTIST AND THE WORSE STAFF If have the ability to give this office a negative 100 I would. Dr. Petal not experienced enough to mange root canal. The staff don't know what they're doing. I was told I'll be refunded in about to 3-5 days, and it is almost 3 weeks, and I'm still waiting for the refund. They're refusing to send me my x-rays, and they only shared the ones after the root canal. PLEASE do yourselves a favor and go to a professional Office.

I've tried several dentists in the area but all made me feel like a client that went to a business rather than patient to a dentist. Dr. Funsho Akinluyi and Ms. Vo were so amazing. I am more than happy with the quality of service and professionalism of this business!! They really do care about their patients, they are honest and they did their job very well. They are also very friendly and kind.

I have been going to Neibauer Dental for years with Dr. Funsho as my dentist and have always had a great experience. All the staff are incredibly helpful and considerate.

Wonderfully kind, welcoming and accommodating staff. They shared information with me in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions and gave me a clear print out of what insurance would cover before any treatments. A nice experience considering it's a dentist visit! Highly recommend Neibauer in South Riding!

Fantastic dental health professionals. I came there a few days ago to check out a tooth issue from a cavity a few years old. I was anxious and worried about the treatment and cost. From the front desk to the junior dentists who took my xrays and prep'd me. Every one was courteous and nice. The doctor eventually came and was gentle and reassuring. When I was leaving, I got a gift pack. Ultimately, I was extremely satisfied with Dr Fun-show and her team. I'll recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had great experience today from the friendly front desk (Addie and Kathleen), with the dental assistant Elsa, the best dental hygienist (Michelle) that I have encountered and the amazing dentist (Dr Funsho) who explained my treatment plan to me. Awesome people, awesome office!

I had not been to the dentist since before the Covid pandemic. I woke up on a Saturday AM with a tooth ache and was able to get an appointment Monday AM. Was seen by dentist and determined that I needed to see a specialist. Next day I saw the specialist and the process of root canal and cleaning up infection started. I would highly recommend Neibauer dental to anyone needing work.

Dr. Patel is amazing! I was having significant pain in my teeth. I went to her and she gave me a comprehensive breakdown of my issues and walked me through my Xrays. She explained to me the work that needed to be done. I was a bit concerned what she said and went to get a second and third opinion from other dentists. Those other dentists were not able to catch the issues I was having even after they did xrays. Only after I told them Dr. Patels recommendation is when they admitted she was right. Its insane that some dentist dont even know whats going on here and I had to TELL THEM WHAT TO DO!!! I highly recommend Dr. Patel, she'll walk you through what you need and even recommend you get a second/third opinion if you dont trust her...because she knows shes right.

Best dental experience I've had in a long time! I had a very bad tooth ache and delayed making an appiontment cause I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Patel was so understand. i appriciate how detailed she was and answered all my questions. The front office are so professional and were able to schedule me same day. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a new dental practice.

BEWARE- Uneducated and greedy... I recently had an appointment at this office for a 6 month cleaning- it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Not only was I there for almost 3 hours for a simple cleaning, the X-RAY tech was absolutely terrible, the doctor fed me multiple lies and I was almost conned into spending hundreds of dollars for a nonexistent issue. Long story short after waiting for over 2.5 hours to be seen by the dentist and being tortured by the X-ray tech the dentist herself told me I had multiple cavities, cracking in my teeth and would need Invisalign. The fillings alone would've cost almost $700, that doesn't include the cost of the unnecessary Invisalign they were trying to con me into purchasing. Just a little side note: I'm 28 years old have never had a cavity and have never worn/ needed braces. Her "diagnoses" automatically raised red flags for me and of course I scheduled a second opinion where I was told I did not have a single cavity, there was zero cracking and Invisalign was not something that was recommended for me. To make things even better I received an outrageous bill from my insurance with incorrect billing. When I called to confront them about the charges/ "misdiagnosis" it was abundantly clear that they did not care at all. You'd be better off getting your dental work done in someone's basement- do yourself a favor and read the yelp reviews. This place is the absolute worst!
