I've gotten to know the staff well and I feel very comfortable there . Lindsey is my usual hygienist and she always gives me good advice on to take care of my teeth and gums .

Please don't go, they said I don't have a right to make a choice for my dental care; and it's up to the hygienist to make the call if I need a full cleaning or not. Which was shocking to hear, because I have been to there sister location and they did my cleaning preventive with no issue--- though Richmond said it's illegal and all this other nonsense to get more money from me. I went to another dentist office and they confirmed my gums are healthy and did regather preventive care for me. Please don't go to Richmond highway location they will lie and pressure you for things that you don't need!!!

From the moment I walked into the place the staff and location was amazing. I was greeted with kindness and respect. They made me feel like I wasn't in one of the places some are afraid of. They all showed care and patience and took time out to assist me. Very informative and they were straightforward and wanted to make sure that I was well enlightened and what was going to occur. The Dr and staff was great

This practice has great service. There was an insurance issue but my payments were processed timely and I was rescheduled in a timely fashion. I am looking forward to having my future services as well. Check them out for friendly, professional services in a very clean space.

Everyone there is really nice so thats the only reason im giving 2 stars, after spending nearly 3k out of pocket for my family of 6 within a 2 week period i am sick to my stomach as to how this could be.. ive NEVER in my life paid so much money out of pocket and my family has always attended the dentist on the same day elsewhere. As a matter of fact the most i have ever paid out of pocket was 500.. so that is is more then an EXTREME increase...I have fairly good dental as well.. so even after my insurance company is charged im still getting hit with huge fees... there are so many people working there in the front. Although i absolutely appreciate the reminder call and text, we are constantly getting phone calls and texts that it is borderline harrassment. The calls/texts were always to my husband during his working hours even though I supplied them with my telephone number and let them know on paper my number was the primary one...Even after canceling we would continue to get phone calls and texts for the same appointment we just canceled. Now 2 months later after canceling all of our appointments we recieve another 500 dollar bill which I have no clue why since everytime I left that office i paid my balance off completely.. also its the first time ive ever recieved a bill, it states its 30 days past due and that im also getting charged for a no show. Why, when we responded to at least one of the texts or phone calls from at least one of the office assistants working there?? There is a huge disconnect between all of it.. I always felt as if I was trying to be sold something, invisalign mostly.. apparently my whole family pretty much needs it according to them... one thing thats sticks clearly in my mind is being told, "oh its only 1750 up front then 176 dollars a month for the next 15 months." Ok, are you paying my bills then? I'm sooo sick to my stomach just thinking about the money ive spent there, and now they are still trying to bleed me dry. Will not go back. Im more than upset, and very very disappointed. I feel like they are just out to get my money.

Horrible. I was scheduled for a cleaning but after my examination the dr said i need a deep cleaning and dont need a cleaning but still charged me!!! Theyre frauds. I would give 0 stars.

They are very good l swear that's the tooth. Very helpful and showing compassion especially for me l had 2 removed I'm in the process of getting my mouth back to the way it was

The doctor and her assistant were just awesome. I enjoyed the perfect and excellent procedure to the extent that I fell asleep. Thank you so much. Will see you again soon

Terrible service. Keep your receipts. Track all transactions. Keep full documentation of all the dental work that needs to be completed.

All staff is very helpful. I have seen Dr. Bhandal and he is very calm & helpful. He took time to listen to my concerns and explained his recommendation and treatment plan. Great experience!

Dentists are very gentle and thorough. I also like that the provide great details on any issues, needed follow-up sessions and appointment reminders. The Saturday and late evening appointment options are also very accommodating for my busy schedule. I can be proactive about carrying for my teeth while continuing to also take care of my business.Thank you, Neibauer.
