Dr. Alvin Neff grew up in Northwest Arkansas. At an early age in high school, his sights were already set on becoming a dentist. He graduated from Rogers High School with honors in 1975. He next attended the University of Arkansas where he also graduated with honors in 1979. Dr. Neff was then accepted into the LSU School of Dentistry, where he also graduated with honors in 1983. He has served as the President of the Arkansas Academy of General Dentistry and the President of the Arkansas Cranial-Mandibular Society. He has had longstanding memberships in: Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, American Orthodontic Association, Pierre Fauchard Society, International College of Dentistry, Beaver Lake Study Club, and Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In 1983, he became one of the first dentists in the country to utilize porcelain dental veneers, and his expertise in aesthetic dental treatments led him to become a senior clinical instructor for Aesthetic Advantage in 1997.
After founding his dental practice with a focus on cosmetic dentistry, he began extensive, hands-on training during the 80s and 90s, a time when cosmetic dentistry began to make many new advances in materials and techniques. Dr. Neffs educational articles have been featured in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Inside Dentistry journals. Participating in many study clubs across the nation, he has also guest lectured for the ADA and AACD at educational seminars.
Our unique team of dental professionals is an important part of what makes our practice so successful. Some of our team members have been with us for over a decade, and add a variety of linguistic skills to help us serve a wider patient population. All of our team members are dedicated to providing gentle, compassionate care to each of our patients.
Alexis is our Lead Dental Assistant. She joined Dr. Neffs team in 2012. Alexis is currently part time at our office while enrolled in school studying for Dental Hygiene. Alexis is from Northwest Arkansas, growing up in Springdale. She finds that helping patients achieve their dream smile is the most rewarding part of her job. Alexis spends her free time traveling, cheering on the Cardinals and spending time with her sister and other family.
Alyssa is one our Dental Assistants who started working with Dr. Neff in 2018. She has been in the dental industry since 2016. Alyssa grew up in Northwest Arkansas but has lived in several places, including most recently Virginia Beach. Alyssa is a people person and loves getting to enjoy seeing patients smile and their overall happiness with their visit to the office. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her dog, being outside and travelling to listen to music.
Ashleigh is a Registered Dental Hygienist that joined Dr. Neffs team in June of 2017. She graduated with an Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene from Missouri Southern State University and also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Ouachita Baptist University. She is from Rogers and was a long time patient of Dr. Neffs before joining his team! Ashleigh enjoys educating patients about their oral health and loves to see patients feel confident with their smiles! In Ashleighs free time she enjoys attending concerts, going to any Razorback sporting event, and spending time with family and friends.
Azia is a Registered Dental Hygienist who started working with Dr. Neff in 2015. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University in May of 2015 with a Bachelors of Health Science in Dental Hygiene. Azia is originally from Oklahoma, but has lived in NWA since 2010. Azia loves taking the experience she has gained over the years to the mission field to help those that dont have access to dental care. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family, and friends.
Paola is one of our Dental Assistants who started working with Dr. Neff in 2018. She has been in the dental field since 2015. As a Registered Dental Assistant, Paola works with patients to make them comfortable, prepare them for treatment, and assist the doctor during procedures. Paola has been married to her husband for many years , and together they have three beautiful girls. In her spare time Paola enjoys shopping, especially for shoes. She also enjoys being with family and friends.

Dr. Diamond and all the staff are excellent. They take the time to explain all aspects of the treatment and answer any question you may have. They make you feel welcome...are glad you are there.

First visit with the folks at Neff. Recently moved to the area and they were recommended to me. The experience did not disappoint! They were very friendly, laid back and informative. No pressure or guilt trips, no pain or discomfort at all. The tech who worked with me(Asia) took as much time as needed to answer my questions and explain everything she was doing before she did it. I will definitely be making this dentist my long term provider. Without any reservations, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Dr. Neff is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He listens to what his patients wants and needs are and he has never fail to deliver perfection. He is very meticulous so you never have to worry about looking like Mr. Ed when you leave his office! I cannot say enough good things about him and I hope he never retires!

I've been going to Dr. Alvin Neff for over 20 years and could not be a bigger fan of his dentistry! Not only is he extraordinarily talented and knowledgeable, but he is also an advocate for his patients. He truly cares about them as individuals and does what is best to meet both their dental and budget needs!

This was a nice place to go the first time I had a check up. However, the second time I went they did not tell me that they had dropped my insurance. I had specifically asked before I started going to them if they took my insurance. They did for the first visit and then they dropped my insurance company. If you are going to drop an insurance you should tell your customers. Apparently they don't have to do that. But I don't have to leave a good review either. I will never go back. If I could I would leave zero stars, but It won't let me do that. So they are getting one star so that I can at least post this warning to other customers.

I have been a patient with Dr Neff for almost 20 years, and he is my favorite dentist by far! He never tries to oversell procedures and always takes cost into consideration when he does suggest something that needs to be done. His hygienists are great, too. 100% recommended his office!

Love Dr. Neff and his staff! He's so caring, gental, knowledgable, and such attention to making sure everything is just right when he does something. He looked at my front teeth after I fell and smoothed off a rough spot in back of the tooth, gave me an ok, and would not charge me! So kind of him! I've had a night guard made and his is so good at adjusting them just right, so hard to do. I am so thankful to find such a great dentist with a kind heart and great sense of humor!
