Dr. Bao Khanh Nguyen DDS, MSD grew up in San Jose. She received her Bachelor degree in Biochemistry at San Jose State University. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004 and Master of Science in Orthodontics in 2006 from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry.
In dental school, she tutored Dental anatomy carvings and Fixed Prosthodontics. During her post-graduate training, she did research in Cleft Lip and Palate causal relationships and malformations. She had the pleasure of participating with the esteemed Rotaplast International Group on medical missions, traveling to various under-served countries and performing free medical and dental care.
Shes a current member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO), American Dental Association (ADA), and California Dental association (CDA). Shes honored to be an active Board member on the Board of Directors with the Santa Clara County Dental Society (SCCDS) and the Northern California Association of Vietnamese-American Dentists (NCAVAD). Shes humble to have served as President of NCAVAD and President-Elect of the SCCDS.
Dr. Evan Santiago DDS MSD is a Bay Area native, raised in San Jose he graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2005. After several years of working in business, Evan decided to pursue a more rewarding career in dentistry. Dr. Santiago returned to the Bay Area and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UC San Francisco in 2014. Dr. Santiago continued his education in New Orleans where he obtained his Masters of Science in Dentistry and certificate in Periodontics from Louisiana State University. At LSU he completed training in all aspects of dental surgery including dental implants, peri-implantitis, bone regeneration, sinus elevation, esthetic soft tissue grafting, laser therapy, microsurgery, and IV/oral sedation. Evan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. In his free time, Evan enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Phan attended the University of California at Berkeley for his undergraduate studies and continued his education at the New York University College of Dentistry, where he received his D.D.S. degree and graduated in the top of his class. He earned numerous awards for clinical and academic excellence, and was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society. Pursuing his interest in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Phan completed a six-year training program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. He has received awards for academic research and is published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Phan also received his M.D. degree from the Stony Brook University School of Medicine and completed a one-year internship in general surgery at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. As a highly trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Phan specializes in Pathology, Bone Grafting, Dentoalveolar Surgery, Dental Implants, and Outpatient Anesthesia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Dr Khan and her staff are absolutely exceptional in the services they offer. They have a wonderful clinic, immaculately clean, organized and observant of all covid 19 protocol even now. I am very partial to dentists that have a gentle and encouraging bedside manner and I give Dr Khan top marks for that. Dr Khan is very good about explaining what is needed and has a good way of breaking down and prioritizing services and not overwhelming a patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Khan for a few years now and everything has been going great. I initially had pretty poor dental health and after a few cleanings + recommendations to changing my daily oral routine I have much healthier gums/teeth. Super nice and highly recommend!

Dr. Khan was extremely warm and welcoming when I went in for my new patient visit. Unlike my previous dentist, she gave me extremely detailed feedback on my teeth and gum health, and explained what she was doing at all points during the examination. Her nurses were also very friendly and constantly checked in to see how I was doing throughout the entire appointment, from x-rays to cleaning. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Khan for anyone looking for a family dentist!
