We are dedicated to your comfort when you visit our office. We strive to give you a safe place to talk about your health. Our entire staff can help answer any questions you may have, no matter how silly you think they may be.
David has been practicing dentistry since 2004 and is a member of OKU National Dental Honor Society. He was the 1991 Valedictorian from Hamshire Fannett High School, and is active in his community of Fannett. Dr. Sonnier is looking forward to using his skills alongside Dr. Showalter, offering complete family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign.
Dr. Sam is the Team Leader and dental treatment provider. He is a Port Arthur native and has been a in practice in Nederland, Texas since 1970. He is a graduate of Lamar University and an honor graduate of The University of Texas Dental Branch. With over 1,500 hours of continuing education registered, he is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Sams wife, Gail, is a public speaker and founder of SMORE for Women. He has three children, Laura, who works in the dental office; daughter, Kate, and husband, Johnny who are missionaries in Africa; and Kyle, a boilermaker and welder.

Dr. Sonnier did a great job fixing my tooth. The staff did a great job getting me in on short notice. I was very happy when I left the office.

This is literally the best dentist I've ever been to. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sparkman makes you feel so comfortable and tells you everything that she's doing before she does it. I'm not that fond of going to the dentist, but Dr. Sparkman and the entire staff really put me at ease and made my experiences the BEST one ever!

My favorite place to have my dental needs taken care of. Dr Sonnier and Dr Showalter are the best around. The staff is so friendly, like one big happy family. My teeth look amazing now and I can't stop smiling. Thanks for ALL you do. You go ABOVE and BEYOND!!!

Dr. Sonnier and his staff are incredibly friendly and efficient.He has been my dentist for years and I would not go to anyone else. The service that he provided to me and my family cannot be matched. I recently got Invisalign and Dr. Sonnier went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the entire process. Furthermore, his entire staff does an excellent job at educated you so that you are well aware of what to do once you leave the office. Would highly recommend! Dr. Sparkman is amazing with kids and love her ability to make them at ease!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Showalter, and I can honestly say that I have never seen a dentist with more skill, compassion, and attention to detail. My previous dentists had done very shotty work on my fillings, but Dr. Showalter left me with phenomenal results. He easily saved me over $2000 by saving a tooth that most other dentists would have tried to repair with a root canal. He is very conscientious about developing a treatment plan for each of his patients, and the office staff is superb. Dr. Sonnier is also an amazing guy; even though I wasn't his patient, he went out of his way to say hello to me and check on my progress. I simply cannot recommend these two dentists enough!

Dr. Kristi Sparkman is truly amazing with kids. She makes them very comfortable, explains everything prior to do it,& encourages them through their visit. All the staff there are friendly. Quick appointments and always a follow up call to check on the patient afterwards. I highly recommend if you are looking to establish with a wonderful dentist go by and check out Kristi Sparkman or David Sonnier.

I am so impressed. My dentist retired, and i had an issue and needed a new dentist. Dr. Sparkman took me in same day and she and Laura did an excellent job. I am on my way to recovery. Am so glad they were recommended to me. Great team of doctors. Dr sonnier also assisted in my assessment and i was so impressed with the kindness shown by the staff.
