Dr. Alley has been setting the highest standards of excellence in dentistry since 1992. He attended undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock before earning his dental degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Alley is an assistant professor/faculty at the University of Tennessee Dental School / Restorative Department, where he has been teaching since 2007. He has been a past board member for the Harmony Health Clinic, and an active member of many leading dental organizations, including the:
Dr. Alley enjoys giving back to his community as a participating dentist with the Arkansas Mission of Mercy, Harmony Dental Clinic and with Covenant Missions and World Gospel Outreach Honduras missions. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, church projects and activities, and spending time with his wife and three children.
I am Kim, Dr. Alleys office administrator. I have been in the dental field for 20 years now, and have had the privilege of working with Dr. Alley since 1996. I am enthusiastic and proud of the quality dentistry by Dr. Alley and always get great joy seeing our patients leave with beautiful smiles. We have all made a commitment to bring the best care and education to meet the needs of our patients. I think each of our staff members has a special gift and together I think we make an awesome team! In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband and two daughters.
I am Tabitha, Dr. Alleys insurance coordinator. I feel very blessed to be a part of Dr. Alleys team and I have been working with him for my entire dental career. Upon graduation from dental assisting school in May of 2002, I have had the opportunity to contribute and make a difference in different areas of the office such as dental assisting, working as the scheduling coordinator and now as the financial/insurance coordinator. We take a lot of pride in who we are and what we do; thats what makes our practice so unique! I am happily married with two beautiful children and in my spare time away from the office I enjoy spending time with my family, church & reading.
My name is Deyanira, Dr. Alleys Registered Dental Assistant. I have been employed with Dr. Alley since I graduated in May 2011 from Pulaski Technical College. I love working for Dr. Alley because of all the great smiles that I am surrounded by each day. We are like a family and we work together as a team. Our team here is great! Everybody is fun, caring and energetic, especially me! We want all of our patients to feel well taken care of and happy. I feel fortunate to be a part of such a dedicated team. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and my husband. I also enjoy traveling, going to the movies, dancing and dining out.

From an early experience in my life I feared the dentist. As a result my teeth were neglected. Dr Kuhn relieved all my anxiety, made me feel comfortable, made my well-being a top priority, and as a result I have no pain, can eat what I want, and have a new smile. Thank you Dr. Kuhn. Since the VA is too scared to see patients they sent me to see Dr Alley. Everyone is very nice and the treatments were all done professionally and I couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommended. One year later a still super satisfied. Hope I can keep going here.

I've known Dr. Ned personally for 40 years and he has been my dentist since he begun his practice. You'd be hard pressed to find a place that would treat you better than right here.
