I am so glad I chose NME. Dr Haffey is the best dentist I've ever used. I had to have the dreaded root canal, but he made the experience pleasant. He was quick, less than 45 mins, and talked me through everything he was doing. I highly recommend Nebraska Micro-endodonics.

Went in terrified. Last root canal was painful.(done elsewhere) Dr. Haffey put me at ease, told me what he was doing every step of the way. No pain and before I knew it, it was done. Oh the dental chair was a message chair!

I had an upper molar with a dying nerve. A root canal was needed through an old metal filling. My family dentistry office recommended Nebraska Micro-Endodontic. It was an awesome experience. Dr Haffey kept me informed about ever next step. They were able to set me up with my Family dentist to get the permanent crown the next week. I would recommend Nebraska Micro-Endodontic to any friend or family member.

Root canals never fun but everything went better than I could have expected. No pain afterwards which I was expecting. They were honest about the risks etc which I know they have to do. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr Painless!

Needed emergency Root canal on four canals. Was given appoint rapidly upon my DDS' referral. Excellent, fast, painless work with every step told to me in detail before it occurred. Doctor Haffey was careful around another jaw injury and never aggravated it. Simply outstanding work by all staff.

Called in the morning to schedule a root canal and they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Schultz was great during my procedure and walked me through the entire process before we even got started. Overall, great experience!

This is my 3rd root canal with Dr. Haffey. It's as easy as getting your nails done! Love him. If I have to have one only want to see Dr. Haffey!

Front desk purported to be in network (MetLife). However, what they meant to say is "we accept MetLife, however we are out of network." Soooo...a $1,700 procedure cost me nearly $1,500, vs. $600-$800. What makes it worse is when they collected $1,100 the day of (1st of 2 visits), and I'm like "wow, that seems a bit much", again not full disclosure or accurate information, but they were "experts" in what my share was then. Only later at 2nd visit, attempting to collect another $300+, then "well we were estimating", only then to find out, out of network. There's two pieces, the finance piece and the procedure. Very sloopy, and not customer caring or friendly in one regard. When I called to raise this issue, they acknowledged that interaction and information provided could have been better. In looking at other reviews, seems to be an issue in disclosure of what is covered or in my case, in network or not.

Everyone in this office, from the front end people, to the dental assistant, and, to Dr. Haffey were all such friendly, caring people. Dr. Haffey did all that he could to prevent having to do a root canal. After a few weeks it became evident that one had to be done. He did an excellent job doing this procedure. He kept me informed as to each step he was doing all the while comforting me and telling me how good I was doing. If I would have to have another procedure like this or others I would definitely want Dr. Haffey to be the doctor to do it.

All of my apprehension dissolved as soon as they took the images and scheduled my root canal. These are pros that know what they are doing. The right place to go for scary dental procedures that can become less scary and more matter of fact!
