Since opening his orthodonticpractice in 1987, Dr. William Neale has wanted to make a difference in peoples lives by giving them a beautiful, healthy smile that lasts a lifetime. He feels fortunate to be in a profession that he is so passionate about, and in which he has the opportunity to serve the community where he grew up.By getting to know each patient and treating his or her individual needs, Dr. Neale gives everyone superb orthodontic care in an upbeat atmosphere.
Before attending Emory University to further his studies in dentistry, Dr. Neale attended the University of Florida, where he obtained a bachelors degree in accounting. He is also a member of the following professional groups:
Dr. Neale grew up in Fort Walton Beach. He is married with four children and four grandchildren. Outside the office, Dr. Neale enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also rides a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and is an avid fan of the University of Florida Gators.
Being active in the community is important to Dr. Neale, so he devotes his time to the Childrens Volunteer Health Network and the Give Kids a Smile program. The Give Kids a Smile program provides charitable orthodontic work for children who do not have the economic means to gettreatment.

Amanda comes to Neale Ortho team with over 14 years experience in orthodontics! Amanda believes that orthodontic treatment should be a positive and exciting journey.At Neale Ortho we do just that plus we add a little fun along the way. Seeing the positive changes in our patients' self-esteem, as they complete treatment, is so rewarding forher. Amanda and her family love that the military brought them to the Emerald Coast. The beach is their favorite place to spend their free time.
Kristi absolutely loves being a part of the Neale Ortho family and seeing the life-changing results in our patients. She wears lots of hats at Neale Ortho. Kristiis able to do everything from scheduling to clinical assisting.Her marketing background and degree from the University of Florida makes her our go-to whenever we need a project taken care of or ideas for getting involved with our community. She stays active keeping up with her two kids and never misses watching a Gator football game with her husband.
Karen has over 30 years in orthodontics as a clinical assistant!She has an eye for detail and efficiency and is great at teaching others.She helps make sure our clinic runs smoothly while getting to know each and every patient. Karen also keeps our office current on all OSHA standards so our patient family and team stay safe. Karen and her husband, Phil love the water and look forward to spendingtheir weekendsfishing, scuba diving and sailing.
Amber has 7 years of dental experience. She loves working with our patients and getting to know each of them. She loves the fun the upbeat environment at Neale Ortho and seeing the beautiful smiles of our patients. Amber has developed the new skill of 3D printing all our models for our Retainers for Life Program. While away from the office Amber enjoys going to the beach and being out emeraldwaters with her husband and daughter.
Deborah is the highlight of everyone's day! Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. She is a great multitasker, taking care ofscheduling patients, confirming insurance benefitsand communicating with our patient family.She is loved by our patients formaking everyone feel like someone.When not spreading joy at theoffice, Deborah can be found watching sunrises and sunsets with her husband Dee or visiting with their children andgrandchildren.
Melissa is excited to return to Neale Ortho after moving around the world with the her husband who serves in the USAF. She takes great pride and accomplishment increating beautiful healthy smiles. Her favorite part is getting to see patients at the beginning of their braces journey to their removal day! Such a memorable and exciting day it is when a patient gets their braces off. Melissa spends her free time walking the beach and spending time with her family.

After your braces are removed we create a set of digital study models a 3D duplicate of your teeth to make all future retainers from (excluding bonded and Hawley retainers). We will give you this set of models and if you lose or break your retainers we will make new retainers from these models for FREE. We were vacationing in Seaside and were spending the day in that area when my daughter had an ortho emergency. No only were they able to get is in that afternoon, they fixed the problem and sent us on our way with just a Florida sunshine smile. Being from CA, we were not sure how to even process this wonderful customer service experience. Thank you for making sure we were taken care of!

I had to go to Dr. Neale's to get new retainers. They fit me in their schedule the same day that I called and got my retainers made so quickly! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Neale for several months now & everything is going great with her braces. The initial consultation was very informative. Dr. Neale is truly an expert in his field. He was patient, kind & professional in answering all questions & took his time examining Katelyn's teeth, jaw & facial structure. He made sure to explain all to Katelyn & impressed upon her that nothing would happen without her complete cooperation in doing all he told her to do during the entire process. They also have an incentive program that allows the patient to earn rewards such as gift cards & are given a Neale Orthodontics t-shirt to wear to appts to also receive points. She received an electric toothbrush & nice care pkg. & they provide all rubber bands etc. Best of all, they have a pymnt program to suit everyone's needs. They truly care about the patient & want to insure everyone who needs braces, gets them! My husband & I were truly impressed & we do not impress easily. After several months now, everything Dr. Neale said would happen has happened & Katelyn has impressed him with following his instructions perfectly. I would like to recognize Debra, she is the first person you see & runs the front desk, handles appts & many other tasks. She was the first person I spoke to when we were referred by Dr. Jazayeri (Personal Care Dentistry) & she truly has the most wonderful personality! You will just love her should you be smart enough to choose Dr. Neale & his wonderful staff. I promise they are worth it!! Thank you Dr. Neale's office!!

If you need braces then this place is only good for that and will take the more money grabbing customers with braces in more consideration than any other orthodontic condition. If you have TMJ disorder or Lockjaw they will reschedule appointments without consulting you and make you wait 30-45 min +++ until they see you even though it already takes me an hour to get there and another hour there wasted and hour back home. I've asked to replace my equipment 6 months ago and was okay with the cost but refused since it wasn't broken enough. With a life altering condition to where it's difficult for me to eat and talking everyday without my jaw popping out of place and prevents me from playing my music I thought I would be taken more seriously. Unfortunately that is not the case here since time after time since covid have either refused to see me or not been cared for properly. I rather live with the pain than the stress of being in their office and the hours and money I wasted there.

We have used Dr. Neale for both our daughter's orthodontic needs and now I'm doing Invisalign. The office is nice, the staff is great, and they are efficient. I'm always seen on time.

Dr Neale and his staff have been just amazing. With three kids who have all had some type of misalignment, we have been with Dr Neale for 5 years now. He is patient, kind, and generous and the kids absolutely love him and the staff. Thank you for making the smiles even brighter than they were.

All 3 of my children and have been wired by Dr. Neal. This is the best office ever and I have checked with a few different offices from Navarre to Fort Walton until I finally found this office. Dr. Neal and his staff are so wonderful, knowledgable and courteous! We highly recommend Neal Orthodontist, you will not be sorry! Love these beautiful smiles they have given us!

Dr. Neale and his team are so super awesome. Both of our kids have beautiful smiles and get compliments ALL of the time! High tech facility with Mac computer system and iPad check in, game room, coffee bar, really cool rewards program (our kids earned gift cards during their treatment!) and wonderful personal touch.
