I am a current patient receiving ortho treatment, so I will be objective with my review. Treatment is going well. I can see the improvements already. However, I was due for my 8-week follow-up appointment to receive my new Invisalign trays. Well, that did not happen. The orthodontic assistant asked me multiple times if "I was sure, I wasn't given the rest of my trays during my previous visit, " for which I had to indicate numerous times that I was sure and that I was only given up to tray #8. It was when the orthodontist read the chart notes and realized that the Neal Smiles Orthodontics team had forgotten to order my trays. After all the fiasco, The Neal Smiles team, still did not acknowledge that their lack of organization ended up resulting in me not getting my Invisalign trays as per the treatment plan. I was only told that I needed to come back the following week to pick up the Invisalign trays and that at that time I will schedule the follow-up appointment. I recommend that the team ensure that trays are ordered and ready to be distributed to patients as the schedule indicates. I understand we are all humans and make errors, but acknowledgment and organization are crucial to providing excellent client satisfaction. I look forward to continuing my treatment and seeing the results.

Just had my initial appointment for my attachments and to pick up my Invisalign trays. It was a top tier experience. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Megan was great. She had the attachments on my teeth before I even realized we had moved to that part of the procedure. It was obvious to me that she was experienced and knew exactly what she was doing and how to do it efficiently. It was a great start and I feel encouraged and positive about the upcoming appointments as part of my treatment program.

I love Dr Neal. As an adult receiving treatment I appreciate that she and her team give special care to communicate with me about the process - and continue to do every step of the way. I can't speak highly enough about her and her team that look after me. 1st rate care and service. Thoroughly embracing new technology too - and text reminders etc which helps me out so much!

Dr. Neal and her team are absolutely incredible! I got my braces off today and I could not be happier. I got my braces on in May of 2021 at a different orthodontist before moving to Kirkland. I was nervous about seeing a new orthodontist and having them pick up where someone else left off, but it wasn't a problem at all. I got braces to correct some crowding and malocclusions. I am 22 and never had braces as a kid, so I didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Neal and her staff made the process easy and, believe it or not, relatively painless! Stacy in particular is AMAZING! I have very, very sensitive teeth from having a lip piercing years ago and I get a lot of anxiety around having dental work done. Especially during the removal of my brackets, including grinding and scraping off the glue, I was a nervous wreck but Stacy made sure to explain exactly what she was doing, what to expect, and made sure to be gentle and slowed down if I needed a break. I felt so seen and accommodated as someone with some extra sensory needs. I can't recommend Dr. Neal and everyone in her office highly enough. I have a beautiful smile that's easier to keep clean, and I don't doubt it's thanks entirely to the incredible people at Neal Smiles. Thank you!!

I cant thank Dr Neal and her staff enough for the improved quality of life I now enjoy. Reason for treatment: Open Bite. Age when treatment began: 34. Like many people, I did not have braces as a kid and I developed a ever expanding open bite over the course of several decades. My Dentist (Shout out to Dr Pak over at Kirkland Smiles) had been encouraging me to seek out orthodontic treatment for years, and explained to me that if left unchecked, my back teeth would ultimately crack and deteriorate. Dr Neal was recommended by my dentist and I went in for a consultation. She explained to me the process involved with correcting an open bite. Through the use of invisiline and in my case, surgery. I would have a corrected bite in several years. And thats exactly what happened. I was very uneasy about the idea of surgery. I wanted to avoid it, but it was necessary. Dr Neal started me on invisiline and had me rotating to a new set every week. It took a little bit to get used to but ultimately it was very easy and straight forward. There was always a bit of mild discomfort in the first few days of switching to a new set of invisiline. But it was amazing to see how quickly teeth can shift. Dr Neal and her staff are simply awesome. They were always very friendly, professional, and always went out of they're way to make sure I was comfortable during a procedure. After a year I was about halfway through my invisiline roadmap and it was time for surgery. Dr Neal sent me to "Neal, Leonard, and Sorensen" for consultation. A surgery was scheduled and despite my insecurities, I chose to move forward. I wanted to be able to eat food without discomfort. Best decision I made by far for my quality of life. On a early morning at UW Medicine (University of Washington) I received surgery. The surgery took several hours and from my prism, was over in a second. Recovery from open bite surgery was not fun but doable for anyone, the immediate weeks following surgery required a regiment of medication, a liquid diet in the early days that would then expand in soft foods for a time. After I was back up and running from my surgery it was time to start the rest of my invisiline treatment which consisted of another year and some change of regular invisiline use. Recently, I have completed this journey, I now wear a retainer at night to maintain alignment. Most importantly, I can now bite into food with confidence and comfort. I smile without hesitation and I cant describe in words how wonderful a feeling that is. My whole life there was discomfort in eating and I didnt even realize it. Chewing could be labored over as something as simple as a sandwhich. A clean bite was difficult to achieve, and I grew far too accustomed to the insecurities of eating in a group setting. No more :) Again, I cant recommend Dr Neal enough, hopefully this review was informative to help those seeking some insight. Best wishes and take care of those teeth.

Dr. Neal is an absolute miracle worker. After consulting multiple orthodontists for my (very difficult) case, I was told by all of them that there was no chance of fixing my teeth without painful, expensive and risky jaw extension surgery. I decided to give it one last try and see Dr. Neal. In 3 years, she gave me a perfect smile with only Invisalign, no surgery and minimal pain. Dr. Neal's impeccable quality of care saved me from invasive surgery with potential lifelong side effects. I am extremely grateful to the whole team for allowing me to smile confidently for the first time in 23 years! I can't recommend them enough!

I'm so glad I chose Dr Neal for my orthodontist, she and her staff are absolutely amazing! I can't believe I actually look forward to my appointments (mostly ). They are great about accommodating my schedule. Appointments are efficient but I never feel rushed. I am very happy with my experience and results so far.
