The MOST professional and HIGHLY capable dental experience I have EVER had! The entire staff is well trained and amazing! Dr. Neal is beyond amazing. I never really had any pain after the implant was placed. I was in and out in 30-45 minutes! I would not go anywhere else, ever!

The scheduling staff is so sweet! Im one week post-op from 4 wisdom teeth being removed. Obviously this sorta thing isn't something super enjoyable, but Dr.Leonard and her team is amazing! With that said, everyone's body is different to how they react to this kind of procedure, so I'll spare the unpleasant details. But the day of I went home with no pain on the extraction site.

Terrible office. I came on time for my appointment today, and it wasn't until after I filled out paper work for 15 minutes that the receptionist informed me that they are running over an hour behind. She told me I could either wait or reschedule (for this appointment that I waited 3 weeks for!). I would have appreciated a heads up so I wouldn't waste the time coming to their office just to be told to either wait for an extended period of time or reschedule.

Oh my Gosh they were amazing! They got me in for an emergency the following morning and were so incredibly understanding, even when I was such a mess in the morning hardly being able to complete the paperwork due to the pain. Instead of getting mad or rescheduling they read the questions to me! Then they started the laughing gas which was supposed to calm me before general anesthesia but come to find out I am extremely sensitive to nitrous and they were able to proceed with only conscious sedation AKA twilight sedation, saving us $500. After surgery they were so kind to my driver (my Dad) and informed him of everything we would need to know and brought out a wheelchair for me as I was a bit unsteady on my feet. I will absolutely be returning to them for any of my dental needs that they provide. I have serious dental anxiety and am terrible with pain so if you are too, or if you just need a great dental/jaw/periodontal surgeon I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them. They have offices in 3 locations and we went to the Kirkland one. Tysm Kirkland office team if any of you see this you guys ROCK!

Dr. Neal is very kind. His staff is welcoming and the followup is excellent. Dr. Neal is an outstanding surgeon who has helped my wife and myself.

Who knew getting 4 wisdom teeth removed could be that simple? Dr. Leonard and her team was so professional and pleasant. They explained everything so clearly during my consultation visit. They gave prescriptions for all the drugs that I need after the surgery. The surgery was fast. It was very assuring when Dr. Leonard told me that my procedure was 'simple and easy'. I was done with the whole procedure in 1 hour, just as they have told me. Her assistant, Tabitha, was very pleasant. She talked me through the whole process and called to check on me several times post surgery. Even on the day that they close, I was able to reach someone on call quickly. They did an amazing job because I recovered quickly! I highly recommend Dr.Leonard and her team.

I would not recommend this practice, the bedside manner of Dr. Galia Leonard was awful. I have a physical disability, and was she very mean about it and unwilling to accommodate my needs. Needless to say, I will not be returning for my procedure and will be looking for a different oral surgeon. On the other hand, the assistant, Anna, who I worked with was lovely, very patient and considerate and willing to accommodate. If you have any sort of physical disability do not see Dr. Leonard!

They were great! Going in for any procedure during COVID can feel risky, but they made me feel comfortable, and the implant procedure was done quickly and went very well!

I was so scared to get my wisdom teeth taken out but it went so smoothly, 2 weeks later and I have zero pain and I went back to work after resting for 3 days. The people and doctors here are so friendly, I would highly recommend :)

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! All of the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. The doc and dental staff provide clear communication on what you can expect. I had a wisdom tooth taken out and it's been a week since that happened. No pain, it was quick, and I felt like they really cared about me. Can't recommend highly enough.
