Overall, my wisdom tooth extraction was really well done and I'm recovering as smoothly as possible. I went with Dr. Neal because he acknowledged the risks of taking out my teeth and had a detailed surgery and recovery plan for me. Before moving to Seattle I had met with another surgeon who told me the risks, but didn't feel comfortable taking them out and wanted me to just wait and see what would happen. Needless to say it was a relief to be referred to this practice and to get them out. All of the staff were kind and caring towards me and I always felt I was in good hands. As they prepped me for surgery all of the staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible and were very gentle with me. Post surgery I had developed dry socket (not their fault) and they took me in within a couple of hours of calling which goes to show how much they care about your health, I feel. The actual treatment for my dry socket was thorough and done as gently as possible with a lot of regard for my comfort. I am extremely grateful for that because to be frank I was crying like a baby from the pain. One of the other things I noticed when coming here was that not only were the staff very diverse, but the patients were as well. As a POC who has been traumatized by white dominated healthcare spaces this was very comforting for me. It signaled to me that I didn't have to worry about discrimination affecting the level of care I received which has been a major problem for me in the past. The only area of improvement I would like to see from this practice is communication. The actual consult for me felt very rushed and the surgeon spoke so quickly and so much that I couldn't interject to let him know that I had already done a prior consult. It also made it hard to remember any questions I had regarding my surgery. Also, no one told me who my post op would be with so that was also a little bit concerning. When you do the same procedure so often over a series of many years I can see how it can be tedious to go through the same communication pattern over and over again, but for the patient it is their first time so it's important to give them not only clarification, but the opportunity to speak.

Dr. Neal was so kind and patient, answering all my questions as was his wonderful surgical lead, Amie; who went above and beyond in promptly(on her day off!) answering my follow up questions. Also, Betsy, the Financial Administrator was friendly and helpful in guiding me toward insurance policies and payment information. Extractions went smoothly and we had no issues post surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Neal a few years ago by my orthodontist for a consult on upper jaw surgery. During my initial visit Dr. Neal took time to walk me through my situation and explain the ins and outs of the procedure. For me, the plan was 12-18 months of Invisalign followed by upper jaw surgery and then another 3-4 months of Invisalign to finish up. Following my initial consult, I worked with Betsey from Dr. Neal's office to determine insurance eligibility for which the process was seamless. Fast forward a year and half and I was back in the office for my pre surgery appointment working with Aimee to get everything ready for the big day. Aimee was thorough in her preparation and took extra time to answer all my questions. She eased all my worries and gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure. Finally, the day of the procedure arrived, and Dr. Neal and his team got to work. Everything went well and Dr. Neal was in constant communication before and after the procedure even taking time to field a few phone calls from my wife post operation. In the weeks following the procedure I've seen Dr. Neal and Aimee several times and they continue to provide an outstanding level of care and show genuine interest in my long-term success. I highly recommend Dr. Neal and his team.

Double jaw surgery was a long journey for me. I even ended up moving to Atlanta during my prep process but I decided to stick with Dr. Neal and Amie and I am so thankful I did. Their availability and service was amazing. Even now Dr Neal takes the time to answer any questions I send over and makes me feel totally comfortable although being in another state. 10/10 would totally recommend.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Neal and his team for changing my life for the better. I came to his practice through a referral from my Orthodontist to surgically correct a significant Class II bite. I just reached the 6 months post op milestone for double jaw surgery and I am ecstatic with the results of my new bite and the change of appearance to my face. Dr. Neal, Amie, and his surgical team went above and beyond to prepare me for this procedure. Betsy, Kellie and Laura made each phone call and visit to the office a welcoming one and they did not hesitate to help me schedule appointments or discuss insurance coverage. I am extremely appreciative of Dr. Neal and his team for their kindness and dedication to his surgical patients. I feel confident and beautiful with the appearance of my face for the first time in my life and I am grateful to have been placed under such great care. If you are a surgical patient to correct either the maxilla or mandible, I highly recommend Dr. Neal and his practice.

Really great group of doctors and staff. I had a tooth extraction 3 years ago. They did a great job. Scheduled for another extraction later this month. I recommend this group highly.

I was given bad medical advice here to push me to do the surgery under general anesthesia. The surgeon was adamant I could not do wisdom tooth extraction and implant placement under local. I asked multiple times but every time the surgeon kept saying I absolutely had to do general because local would not hold because of an infection. I saw another surgeon at a different practice to get a second opinion and they said there was no infection, so the justification was bogus. In the end, I did the surgery with local anesthesia at the other place with no problems whatsoever and general anesthesia would have been a massive, expensive overkill for this procedure. It does not speak well of this practice that the surgeon gave me wrong advice and would not discuss options with me even after I pressed her to discuss it.

While Dr.'s Neal and Sorensen are great professionals. Their admin staff could use customer service training. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. As a patient, I should not have to facilitate discussions between my insurance carrier, primary dentist and their offices. And the Admins staff, it's not my problem, attitude presented has me shaking literally. While my one review or even not patronizing the business any longer won't affect anything. I hope it brings light to Admin Staff being the central most important faction of any office's ambience. Admin staff set the emotional and mental tones of a customer's experience. And all I can say is their actions today have me pause and made me think about using another Drs office. I only have 2 stars because the Drs are amazing. I can't speak ill of their skill sets and artistry.

Amazing experience! Everyone in the staff was super nice and welcoming. Dr. Sorensen evaluated my wisdom teeth and gave me an unbiased opinion of risks and benefits of extracting each of them. He carefully explained the X-ray to me in detail so I could understand his evaluation well. I came in feeling pretty nervous but felt very comfortable as soon as he started talking to me. Thank you, Dr. Sorensen!

Dr. Craig Neal and staff are a seriously amazing group of people. I was referred to Neal, Leonard, and Sorensen by Dr. Colby Eckland's office after one of my wisdom teeth erupted at an angle. This caused a good deal of discomfort over a short period of time, and I knew it would become a larger issue if I did not get it taken care of. When they learned I was in pain, Dr. Neal's office did just this. I could not have asked for better care. They provided me with an estimate, helped me to navigate out-of-pocket costs, and made every step of the process transparent. I am almost at a loss for words for the level of kindness, professionalism, and experience that Dr. Neal's team brought to what is normally a very undesirable procedure. I did not think that having 4 wisdom teeth removed in one sitting could ever turn out to be so positive. Thank you all so much! Best wishes.

I can't say enough positive things about this office!! I went here for an implant. Dr. Neal is attentive and personable. He is not only a brilliant surgeon, but listens to you and gives you 100% of his attention and time. Betsy and Kellie are fantastic and take care of all of your scheduling and financial needs with ease!! The team at this office is like a well oiled machine. The ease and transition from the front to the back brings you so much relief. I personally worked with Amie. She is kind and she listens to your needs :-) She was knowledgeable and comforting. Thank you Team! Sherrie

Dr. Sorenson and one of the assistants Erin were great during my pre-op, op, and post-op appointments. They shared all the info I asked for and explained the process thoroughly to help me feel at ease.
