Dr. Gittleman received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his prosthodontic residency at the University of Texas in Houstons Medical Center. He has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on dental implant and cosmetic reconstructive procedures.
Over the last 30 years, he has been recognized by the industry for his creative talents and expertise. Dr. Gittleman has authored numerous articles and has received 18 United States Patents to date in the field of dental implantology and is the inventor of the Snap Coping clinical technique.
He maintains a full-time private practice in the Greater Houston area where he built and designed his in-house dental laboratory. Dr. Gittleman is married to Cathie Gittleman, D.D.S. and has two lovely daughters: Alexandra and Rachel.

Dr. Gittleman is restoring my implants with prosthetics because there were many problems with placement and angle. It is a very complicated case and is near impossible. It is amazing to see him at work. He looks at every detail and finds the proper way to fix it. If there is not a way he will invent it! I'm so glad I found him. His staff is also very kind and supportive!

Dr. Gittleman and his entire staff ALWAYS go out of their way to help me, no matter what my needs in a particular situation may be. Recently I had a minor emergency and, of course, they worked me into an already busy day. I've been a patient over 10 years and will never even consider going to another prosthodontics practice. Once you've experienced this type of caring one would never settle for less than a perfect "10".

The nurses and staff are so sweet and understanding, they did whatever they could to make me feel comfortable. I've had really horrible experiences with dentist and other doctors in the past, Dr. Gittleman was as gentle as he could be and my smile is beautiful again thank you so much!!

Dr. Gittleman is the best! He has done several crowns for me and they are perfection! My most recent visit, he sat down with me for quite awhile because I wanted to get his professional opinion about something I was advised to do. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world, he answered all my questions, and as a result I felt less anxious. He does beautiful work.

I cannot adequately say enough about how grateful I am to Dr. Gittleman and his staff for straightening out the nightmare I have experienced at the hands of a dentist not skilled to handle my difficult case. Five plus .... stars! Losing all of my teeth was very upsetting. Though faced with a difficult and challenging case, Dr. Gittleman was confident he could help me and put me at ease. He worked with and communicated regularly with my oral surgeon to put together a comprehensive plan. Dr. Gittleman is a straight shooter who does not promise perfection, but he puts everything he has into getting it as close as possible. Dr. Gittleman is truly an expert in his field who loves what he does and is as confidant as he is compassionate. His sense of humor kept me laughing even when I wanted to cry. Dr. Gittleman's office staff, everyone of them, couldn't have been any more professional, friendly, helpful and patient. The camaraderie in the office feels like family that I very much felt a part of. After a treatment plan that lasted a year and a half, I will miss seeing them. For a challenging case like mine, Dr. Gittleman and his team are the absolute best!
